Cactus Overhead Garage Doors

Worst customer service ever! They don’t call to say they are on the way. Have employees that don’t know what they are doing. When we used them they came with the wrong part. The tech didn’t how to install and had to call for instructions. Then when he figured out it was the wrong part stated he would come back with the right one. He called later stating that he finished other houses and that he would not be able to return and to make another appointment so they could finish. I called the operator and she stated that the tech should finish the job and she didn’t even call him and asked me to call the tech. Of course he was upset because it was now late and came and finished the job with a poor attitude. Don’t use.

Garage door came off track, husband was able to put it back in but it appeared there were still some issues with bolts. Not covered by 2 – 10 home warranty, of course (and how we found Cactus Garage Doors the first time) but they were so competent in August, we called again and set up an appointment. Long story short, they came by EARLY because they were ‘in the area’, replaced a small metal plate/​bolts, checked everything out and NO CHARGE because, well, ‘they were in the area anyway’. This kind of service blew us away and is why we told all the neighbors and our friends about them after the first service call. Would never use anyone else in town. Fast, competent, friendly, they’re the real deal.
