My mom bought a breakfast bagel with sausage egg and bacon to go. When she got home to eat it the bagel was hard as a rock, pretty much inedible. My mom speaks some English but not a whole lot so I called for her and told them about how hard the bagel was. Sara, the manager of this location said to bring the receipt and they’ll replace it. My mom went back immediately with the receipt, when she came home I found out that they didn’t replace the bagel sandwich, they just only gave her a bagel by itself and expected her to go home and take the meat and cheese out of the old sandwich and put it into the new bagel they gave her. That is very unprofessional in my opinion, it’s not that much trouble at all to replace the entire bagel sandwich and on top of that my mom said they were being rude. I wish I had gone with her when she returned it because I’m sure part of the perceived rudeness was because of the language barrier and I could have helped with that but I am not happy at all with their service and how they treated her and will never eat their again.

Bagel was good. I usually get the everything bagel with Jalapeño Cream Cheese. When it came to ordering my drink, I had to repeat my order several times and watch them make it. I asked the cashier for a iced mocha caramel with soy milk. She asked the manager to make my drink which is fine. When the manager asked her what drink to make, the cashier paused and didn’t remember my drink. The Cashier then stated, «Iced Mocha». I immediately stated, «no, Iced Mocha Caramel with Soy Milk.» As the manager was making my drink, I noticed she was putting the shots of the caramel flavor in the hot drink cup which is not what I asked for. So, I stated to the manager again, «it is a Iced Mocha Caramel with Soy Milk.» She realized her mistake and changed the cup to the plastic cup. However, she didn’t put shots of caramel like she did in the hot drink cup. I shouldn’t be watching you make my drink to make sure you get it right. If you forgot my order, you can just ask me to confirm. No one did that.

Learn from my mistake. Do not come here. A friend had gone to the Campbell location and highly recommended the edamame salad, so I thought I’d try it. I’m closer to the Wilmot and Broadway location, so we went there Saturday for lunch. They were at the end of the salad mix so he cut up some romaine and threw it in there. He asked for more mix, never got any, so he moved on to toppings for our half filled bowls. My husband ordered the apple salad. The kid literally started cutting a rotting apple core, then thought better of it and begrudgingly got a whole apple. He put his chicken covered hands in the nuts, then the cranberries. This process took about 10 minutes and three people. They were sloppy, haphazard and unfriendly. I should have trusted my gut and told them to stop and gone somewhere else. But we followed through, unfortunately. The ingredients were substandard. My edamame salad didn’t have edamame. They put the wrong dressing on my husband’s salad. We literally took two bites, decided to toss the salads and went somewhere else.

Customer Service was great. We were greeted by a young gal that might have been new because she was frequently being checked up on by her colleagues. You’re doing great, girlfriend! ;) Aww man, I had really high hopes for this place but sadly it was just OK. We came here right after the gym and wanted a healthy breakfast. I ordered the Turkey Sausage & Spinach Omelet 12 grain bagel. It was OK. The omelet part of my sandwich may have been frozen and then microwaved so that wasn’t too appealing. My husband ordered their promo Jalepeno Bacon Bagel or something like that. It was yummy but it was definitely pricey for their small portion. It’s about $ 4.50-$ 6 per bagel sandwich.

I normally enjoy my Brueggers fix, but when you see SEVERAL workers handling food with the same gloves they touch their faces, hands and hats with and continue handling your food… that’s enough to turn me off from going here. Training people! Training!

Bruegger’s never fails to satisfy. This morning I dropped in for my plain bagel with cream cheese and, even though I had to wait, the staff was friendly and attentive. To have them say«good morning» and«we’ll be right with you» is enough to let me know they are not too busy to provide great customer service. I can only echo the reviews that rave about the bagels: golden brown and crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Toasted and cut in half is my preference, and they never fail to please.

We love bagels and this Bruegger’s offers a good variety, served up quickly by friendly staff. We’ve gone in here several times and have been satisfied every time we’ve gone in. We only wish they’d bring back the egg bagel permanently!

Don’t know why the rave about this kinda Subway Sandwich bagel chain. I was their last week. Never been to a Bruegger’s. Probably never will again. AREYOULISTENINGBRUEGGER’s ??? They have very Thin bagels and when I order a lox sandwich the portion of cream cheese that was scooped to with a Thimble scoop was weak… The sad thing is that the portion did not cover the whole on side of the bagel. This lead me to ask for more on the second half. The reply from the counter staff was that this is the correct portion as dictated by the company and that their would be an ADDITIONALCHARGE for more cream cheese. I tell you I was about to just walk out. Come on do it right and do not give the customer an attitude.

Fresh chewy-on-the-outside-soft-and-pillowy-on-the-inside bagels. Yes, please. One of the few places in town you can get them. I am lucky enough to have them in walking distance of where I work. Get ‘em while their hot and fresh…

Pumpkin bagels and pumpkin cream cheese are back! The staff was helpful to tell me when the new pumpkin bagel batch was hot out of the oven. It was worth the short wait!

While the food and coffee are excellent, I had to drop a few stars due to the family of flies buzzing about and landing on the bar where the food is stored. Simple fly strips in the back office would fix this. Otherwise the location is very clean, with covers on all food and gloves for the employees. To be fair, I did not see a fly land on any food because it was so well stored. Fix the flies and this a 5-star for sure!!!

Normally, whatever sandwich I order is delicious. Today, however, I ordered the Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper Bacon and Cheddar Sandwich and found that the bacon was burnt beyond recognition. I usually like my bacon crispy but this bacon was black. I mean, how you don’t notice that when you make the sandwich is beyond me. They get three stars because every other time the food has been good. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen again.

OMG so I called at 4 pm on a Tuesday to ask what time they close and to make sure they still had garlic bagels for my very sick soon to be son in law. The girl who answered Kylie, was sweet as could be, told me they close at 5:30 pm and unfortunately they were out of garlic bagels but she would be happy to MAKE me some!!! What? Really? I only needed 6… no problem, again she said she could MAKE them fresh just for me! That IS customer service in my book hands down! She told me it would take @ 35 – 45 minutes. When I got there Kylie greeted me and again said it was no problem at all, she offered to sliced my bagels(I love that too because when they are fresh they are difficult to cut without smooshing the whole bagel) I will continue to go to this location as I work in a customer service job and appreciate being treated so great!!!

Yum! Go on Wednesday for the best prices. It’s just a chain bagel store… but it is good. Then again, I love bagels and cream cheese.

The bagels themselves are not bad here, although they seem unnecessarily teeny, but the fillers are lacking. The«egg» is a processed rubbery disc resembling one of those easy-on-the-teeth dog frisbees, and the turkey sausage is a salt-laden mess of granular nothingness. The roasted peppers are both limp and tough, an unfortunate combination. The Bagelry makes ‘em better… so does Safeway.

Bruegger’s is an average bagel store with average food of average quality. It is no where near as good as real bagel shops in the tri-state area, but it serves its purpose. I would give them another star if they used whipped cream cheese, or if they cooked their breakfast sandwiches fresh. Either way, when I’m in the mood for an ok bagel, I’ll probably end up at Bruegger’s.

Bruegger’s Bagels is where I fell in love… with the jalapeño muenster bagel, that is. Slathered with butter it has just the right amount of heat to wake up the taste-buds in the morning. I tried it once with the jalapeño cream cheese. Now that’s a party in your mouth if you like the hot stuff. Running a close second on the favorite’s list is the Western on an Everything bagel for when I need some protein in the routine. Yum-O! The bagels are moist and plump. Just the way I like them. The coffee, on the other hand, is, well, let’s just say I only drink it out of desperation. Usually do take-out for this reason and brew my own java at home.

My favorite bagel spot! I like that they have parking in the front and back. The fountain out back has a nice seating area.
