Awards & T-Shirts To Go

Extremely disappointing experience with awards to go. I checked them out on Unilocal!and was happy to see there was so many positive reviews but I didn’t get that service. I came into the store to order a dozen shirts for my company and was promised a turn around time of about a week or two out. Not bad if they stuck to their promises. They told me an artist would email me to approve which I replied to within THE hour and according to their team, an email they sent to me which can’t even hit a spam filter, was ‘lost’. 3 weeks later no shirts and a run around of blame from the employees with no resolution. Finally after much debacle they were finally put into the press to begin and I was told I would receive 15% off my NEXT visit (which was never mentioned upon pick up or offered when I got there btw) for the trouble. Why would I bother spending my money here again when there’s dozens of printers in Tucson to select from? And when I finally picked up my shirts everyone was exasperated with my situation and offered no apology but was treated like a burden. Customer service is the forefront of any business and if you seek that quality seek business elsewhere.
Aside from all that I specifically asked which shirts wouldn’t make me look like a box and the ones I received make me feel like a parachute was put over my body. Had to shrink them to have them fit properly…

I would recommend this place to ANYONE! The staff is absolutely professional and is able to do everything from t-​shirts to awards at the last minute! They have worked with me for school and work events, and I have been overwhelmingly pleased with the service I’ve received and the end product. They are also some of the most honest folks around and have tried to get me the absolute best price on anything and everything. I will go back again and again!

I was impressed by the personal service and the quality of the awards I received. The owner even gave me a discount, because they were for a charity event. Everything was verified for accuracy, and it was nice to patronize a local business owner for these classy looking awards.

Everyone is great. Used them a few times. Fast and cheaper than all other local shops. They do a great job.
