Our pool interior painter left Jim a phone message about 2 weeks ago, and my husband and I did an internet follow-​up inquiry about a week ago. Finally, today, Jim called my husband only to tell him he needs about 2 weeks out to schedule pool tile cleaning. (Well maybe if you get back to customers in a timely fashion…). Additionally, we have heard from two other pool tile cleaning services that our pool being empty was a plus, but Jim said it wasn’t…His phone quote was high as well, pool unseen. We gIve him a zero on follow-​up, and a «next please» on his over-​priced quote.

My pool is beautiful again! Jim patiently walked me through the process, explaining how it works. James and his crew were polite, hard working, and showed up when they said they would. Highly recomended!
