Area 51 was recommended to us by the builder of our house. We called and left our our number for callback with whomever answered the phone for them on a couple of occasions. However two weeks after the last call we have not received a callback. Needless to say we have gone elsewhere.

I have found that they are not the best price on town. I recently had them give me a quote for my home. Install of speakers and receiver. They were over 400.00 more then another local mom and pop shop (hdtvcity). Sorry for the bad review but maybe work on your customer service alittle more. maybe be a little more flexible when the customer says they are shopping around?

I have had these guys do both small and large jobs for me at my office and at my home and I can’t speak highly enough of the work a quality of service they offer. They have always been their to get what I need when I need it at a price that is excellent.
Don’t wast your time with anyone else and stay away from the big box stores plus you are shopping local so when you need help they are here for you.
