Just a follow up on my first review. I contacted them maybe 1 – 2 weeks after they came out inquiring about the next step to save the tree. They never got back to me.
I followed his original instructions and the tree died anyway. Although my first review
was true and good I probably won’t be calling them back merely because they seem
inconsistent.
