I would give it more stars for my oldest who has been there. He was well taken care of. When I made an appointment to see if my youngest needs braces, they were friendly. What bothered me was that Nicole, the helper, decided that my kid needs braces and had the printout for the cost already in her hand. She kept on going on about that my child definitely needs braces. I felt harrassed and pressured. At that point I had not even met with Dr. Rosen. On top of that, my kid still has some baby teeth. Dr Rosen did say that braces are okay with baby teeth still present. They wanted to start the same day. The fact of being eager-​beavered into making an appointment and a helper in the office seemingly making the decision if a child needs braces or not causes me to back off and see if we can find a different orthodontist. I was very disappointed about such unprofessional behavior. I would have given this experience a one star if it weren’t for the good experiences with my oldest.

Tiffani Akers had her expander put in today by Dr. Rosen. He was very nice, calm and professional. She loves going to his office and always has a great experience when she is there. Our entire family recommends Dr. Rosen to anyone for their teeth needs.

I’m rockin’ the invisalign as I type… I was very unsure as to what to expect from an Orthodontist. I made the exam appointment as I’ve been told by a few different dentists to consider braces.
The office is very professional, welcoming and puts you at ease. The technicians are all extremely nice, competent and professional. After one took all sorts of pictures and x-​rays, Dr. Rosen did a very thorough examination. He came across as very honest and genuine and explained that braces weren’t a necessity in my case but he explained how it would greatly improve my bite. There was no pressure implied, all questions were answered and all the costs were transparent.
After deciding, the steps and process was clearly laid out. I particularly like that the appointments are quick (usually 30 minutes to an hour) — no waiting time and the staff is very efficient and organized but still take time to attend to me and answer all of my questions and make sure that I am satisfied with the treatment. They are also very accommodating to my schedule appointments around my work schedule.

I checked with two Orthodontists before I got a recommendation to see Dr. Rosen. He was able to get me into braces after only one surgery, when the other orthodontists were saying it would take at least two. Rosen understood my financial situation and helped me out substantially. It’s been years now and I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. I lived in three different states during my treatment and he was always quick to help with any situations that arose during my travels.
I’ve never met a customer who had a bad thing to say about Dr. Rosen or his staff. They definitely uphold their great reputation everyday, keep it up guys!
