This is an awesome gym. Everyone is friendly and there is plenty of motivation to get in shape. The equipment is top notch, clean and well maintained. I enjoy the Body Mechanics class on Friday’s and Saturday’s.
If you like a welcoming neighborhood gym, this is the place to be. Eric and the trainers are great! You won’t be disappointed.

Very clean and personal. I like the fact that I can fill if I need help with an exercise I can just ask one of the many trainers and they are happy to help. They also have a exercise classes and a play room for kids.
