Ordered a pizza which was promised to be delivered around 30 – 40 minutes from the time I ordered. So when I went to track the order I was amazed at how fast that it was ready, approximately 15 minutes. Well I didn’t see the pizza for another 30 – 40 minutes, when it arrived it was not even hot just a little warm. By the time I ate a 2nd piece it was cold. I’m very disappointed but ate it anyway because I’m diabetic and haven’t ate in hours. :-(

The call to let us know that Robert and the pizza were on their way was unexpected in a good way. He was polite and professional on the phone and in person. It was very considerate to call us to let us know to keep an eye out for him. He told us what to have ready when he arrived at the house. When he arrived, he reviewed the order with us to make sure it was correct. The pizzas arrived hot and the order was correct. Great experience! So glad we have a Domino’s close by again!

You assume Domino’s will be mediocre pizza at an okay price in a decent time period. What you do not expect is that the pizza will not be delivered in 2 hours from an online order. This is unacceptable, but par for the course in our experience for this franchise and for Domino’s in general.
