To whom it may concern,
Walking into Staples today and was approached by what appeared to be the manager pushing an empty hand truck, when I asked him If I could get some printing done, he looked at his watch and told me he didn’t have anyone coming in until 9am and I had to wait. Hoping to get my Resumes and cover letter printed today (its was 8:32am on Wednesday the 20^th of January 2016).
I WALKED TO FEDEX NEXT DOOR. Such better service, quick simple and cheap.
I am not the type of person to post negative ratings, in fact I hate when people blow smoke for no reason, but this employee was definitely too busy for my business with his empty hand truck.
Do yourself a favor, if you need more than just printing go to Fred Myer, Walmart or the closed Haggen 100% sure they won’t just blame the schedule for lack of service.
On the other hand, I’ll spend more time writing a positive review for the Fedex in tualatin

I got great service at Tualatin Staples Print Center last week. I needed bidder cards printed for the Tualatin Rotary Auction. I brought in a pdf file on a zip drive, bought a package of card stock and she was able to get me out the door in just a few minutes. The price was right and I saved ink and wear and tear on my own printer. Thanks Staples.

I want to say thanks for nothing! Tonight I stopped in at 530 and waited for five minutes to see service at the copy center. The gentleman at the front called out a few times but alas it was easier to find a card holder than get the attention at the copy counter. Finally i was met by a young man who let me know they had a large job and would not be able to assist me today. Problem here is that all five copiers were not working. Having spent 15 years in the industry it was fairly easy for me to see this.
I let him know I would check with kinko’s who was happy to have a bigger customer walk in at the end of the day. Their service is worth the walk four spots down to the right.

Just came to purchase a thermal binder machine and it was literally dead in the place. I’m wheel chairing around looking for the machine. 6 employees walked by me or were talking to each other. Not one employee acknowledged me or said hello. And to make matters worse when leaving no one asked me at the front if I was able to find everything I was looking for. I see why this place is not busy. Very poor customer service. I could give better customer service even with being in a wheelchair.

To slow and too expensive to make the trip worth it.
All I needed was a pen. Just one. Found my pen quickly and got in line. The one cashier was on the phone. So I waited and waited. Then he finally hung up and some guy cut in front of me. I left my pen and walked out. Funny thing is that three employees were just standing there watching me wait???
I went down to the Fed Ex in the same shopping center and was in and out in two minutes. Plus the pens were cheaper!

Staples is A-​ok in my book. They have a good selection, ok pricing, the staff is somewhat helpful, and the location is convenient for me. I have used their printing service and I will give them a better rating than 3 stars.

Great customer service at the print center. Laura is very sweet and helpful, so ask for her if you need something printed. I gave them chocolate.
