This is a great place to order lunch. Other sandwich shops are great too but Mikes is unique and extra tasty. I always order my sandwiches«Mikes Way». The #9 is excellent, roast beef and turkey! Yum. Staff is great, always a great place to eat.

Of the«new school» chain sandwich joints in the area, JM’s is my favorite. Hot or cold you can’t really go wrong. Love that the slice the meat and cheese to order right in front of you. Good pickles and always good to find Luzianne Ice Tea.

I wanted to fall to pieces for Jersey Mike’s subs. The reviews were awesome, but I just didn’t taste anything really special about them. They are a huge step up from Subway and good, don’t get me wrong, but they did not shine for me. The bread was nice and chewy, the meats were fresh and tasty, and the service was great. They use a average amount of meat, but you can order extra. They also have the usual fixings, but nothing outrageous. They keep their veggies nice and fresh. The prices are pretty high. I am not sure if it is just this location or not. I would put Jersey Mike’s on par with Jimmy John’s. Maybe a few extra points for having their own name brand meat that tastes pretty good. This location is next to Fred Meyer, and the parking lot traffic is a pain, but that’s Tualatin for you.

I was greeted with a smile and good humor as I entered, and I took a moment to check the menu, selecting a medium meatball sandwich and a beverage. The sandwich was promptly prepared on fresh bread and delivered to my table. This was a flavorful handful — larger than Subway’s — and, ready for lunch, I ate with gusto and enjoyed every bite. I would guess the«large» sandwich would be enough for two people. There was another vendor here(Quizno’s) in the recent past, and this was my first visit under the Jersey Mike’s banner. I was very pleased and I expect to return almost weekly.

First time at Jersey Mike’s. A good sub at an expensive price. My large sub and large drink came to over $ 17.00. If you get the medium sub you can get that for $ 7-$ 8. The large drink was $ 2.29 with a sub and $ 2.59 by itself. I had the club supreme which has roast beef, turkey, and bacon. Then I had it Mike’s way. Though it was pricey I will be back, but not a real regular, just because of the price. The sub was very good, but did not show itself head and shoulders above the competition. The crew was extremely friendly and as I told them it was my first time they made suggestions and answered questions. Also if it is your first time tell them, they give you a free cookie of your choice. I had a chocolate chip that was very good.

These subs are totally bomb. Great fresh meats and lettuce and other goodness in my mouth. Good thing Oregon City didn’t have one because I’d probably take stock in it. Super upbeat staff.

Staff is super friendly and the food is good. The bread and meat taste much better quality then other sandwich shops. They cut the meat right in front of you! I plan on going back.

Hands down the best Italian sub around! So much better than subway or Jimmy Johns — would absolutely recommend

Tried it, probably wouldn’t go there again. I tried the chicken Caesar wrap. Not enough lettuce, it was way over dressed, and covered in pepper. The people were friendly and I got my order quickly. With all the sandwich sub places out there I was hoping for something different than the basic, and I was disappointed. Next time I will drive the extra twenty minutes and just go to togos.

My first experience at Jersey Mike’s was great! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming to me. When they found out I’d never been in before, they were right there with suggestions for sandwiches to try! I was not disappointed with my selection of the Italian sub! The meat and veggies were fresh and tasty and oh my gosh the bread is delicious! 10⁄10 will be returning!

I work around the corner from this one & they never disappoint. The guys are great, the roast beef is super pink, & the sweet tea is delish. I love that a regular sandwich feeds 2 or feeds me for 2 days. Love that they give back to communities, too. Great job, guys!

I am obsessed with this place. Freshly sliced cold cuts on no nonsense soft white bread and oil and vinegar, just how I like it! No Mayo, no problem. The cheese steaks are delicious too but in my opinion, the cold sandwiches are where it’s at.

Oh Jersey Mike’s subs, how I missed you! Thankfully, since your arrival in PDX February 2013 I’ve explored each of your locations and find this one to be perplexing: First, the staff was mostly young women that were quick to welcome you in, made small talk and engaged customers and made sure that your sandwich was made as you ordered it and cut the bread all the way through. Now, just a few months later, the staff is mostly young men, preoccupied with the sports on the television, talking to each other and not bothering to slice your sandwich into pieces, even if you’ve asked for it. Theat sandwiches don’t taste the same as at other locations and I cannot pinpoint why. Everything seems to be the same except for the people. I’ll still come here when I NEED my JM’s fix, but if I can hold off, I’ll go to a different spot to procure my #13, Mike’s Way, no tom, add banana peppers and Brown mustard.

Tried this place on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. These subs remind of the places I used to go as a kid in Miami. The only thing in the Portland area that was anywhere near to these was Blimpie, and I think all their stores are gone from this area. Ordered the #13 Mike’s way the first time I went, and liked it so much that I just keep getting the same thing and wondering what the others are like. :) These subs are fresh, the meat and cheese are sliced to order, messy(which is a good thing) and a good value proposition.

Get the roast beef and provolone«Mike’s way». SO good! They also have the best iced sweet tea!

The sandwiches here are good. They are certainly better than most fast-food subs. The problem I have is that the dining room is consistently messy. I’ve had lunch here several times. I’ve had dinner here several times now too. This isn’t a one-time oversight. Every time, the tables have been dirty, the floor has been strewn with trash and food, and the soda fountain has been awash with spills. I have always dined in, so I have, on each visit, spent twenty to thirty minutes there, and I have not, in all of my time in this restaurant, in five or six visits, seen an employee sweep the floor or clean the tables. The employees stay behind the counter even when the dining room is an obvious mess. They have no concept of «working the front-of-house.» So, if you’ll carry-out, it’s a good sandwich… messy, but a clear cut above other fast-food sub sandwiches. But, if you want to dine in, bring your own broom.

My wife and I cruised through here over the weekend. I can’t speak to the customer service as she ran inside to order while I stayed in the car but the food seemed to come out pretty quick. I had the reuben sandwich which was ordered«light on the kraut». I find that a lot of places over-do it on sauerkraut(imho) so generally get a little less than normal. Having never had their sandwiches before I can’t say what they are like without modification but I found the kraut to meat ratio perfect. My wife sampled my sandwich and we both agreed it could have used a bit more thousand island but it was hot and had good flavor overall. I won’t compare this to deli’s that specialize in reubens and pastrami as I think that is somewhat unfair but when compared to other«sub style shops» in the area it was pretty darn good.

Love that they just moved over near my house. Subs are good sized, unlike subways dinky portions. The employees are over the top friendly and the manager was very personal as well. Will for sure go back weekly.

Having grown up on the Jersey Shore, I know what a ham and provolone sub is supposed to be. especially when it is dressed with oil, vinegar and spices. The sandwich here is pretty authentic and tasty. BUT, as my pet peeve continues to rear it’s ugly head. slow, no actually glacial service. In there today at 1130 with a few people in line in front of me, one woman taking orders and slicing meets, another guy completing the sandwich and taking your $$$ and a couple of others just standing around. You’re making sandwiches. this is not quantum physics. I will give you guys another shot, but you’re officially on the clock.

I do like the idea that they support the community but the sandwiches themselves were just a-ok to me. I had a chipotle cheesesteak sandwich that didn’t really have much flavor. It definitely wasn’t spicy in the least. It did have a lot of meat in in though and the bread was decent. It was their opening weekend so I’ll have to give them another try soon.
