Nice folks. Good to work with. Been doing it a long time. Have used them a few times for carpet and furniture now. Did a great job on our light-​colored carpet where there were some stains following construction. They do a good job of setting expectations if you’re dealing with stubborn stains, etc. as I had where someone spilled coffee on a light colored chair. But, they got enough of the stain out to make the chair and ottoman useable again. And, they will tell you if it’s risky to try and clean a particular fabric and won’t do it if a good outcome is not likely. I like that. Reasonable prices, too. Did some oriental rugs for us as well (picked up and returned to us for a small fee). I tried the franchised cleaners and won’t do that again. Go local.
