Man has this place gone downhill. I showed up here looking to get a quick beer and a burger to go and let’s just say I won’t be coming back till things improve. I walked in and sat at the bar and the first thing that hit me actually hit my nose, smelled like a mixture of puke and booze. The bar was dirty and there was plates and glasses everywhere. The bartender wasn’t even there. There was nobody behind the bar, I could’ve literally walked behind the bar and gotten myself a beer. Sat there almost 10 minutes before I got a beer, and she didn’t even card me(don’t worry I’m a 22 year old college student). At least I can say the beer was cold. She kept saying to other customers that she was stressed and that the restaurant was busy when in reality the restaurant was half empty. I ordered a triple prime bacon burger, which is supposed to be the freshest beef they have. I sat there for 30 minutes before it came to the bar and sat there another five minutes before the bartender got back. I literally had to flag down a waitress or a manager so that I could pay for my food and leave. Let’s just say when I finally got it, it wasn’t the quality I was expecting. It didn’t taste or look very fresh and honestly I could’ve walked downstairs to the McDonalds and gotten a better looking burger. It seemed like the only one who was working to make this place better is the waiter with the beard and the ponytail. I’ve had him before and he’s awesome, if anything he’s the only one trying to make that place better. I honestly feel like if the rest of the staff and management doesn’t get it together, they’ll be finished. Especially with Cheesecake Factory next door always busy.

My husband and I enjoy having a few drinks and appetizers here at Ruby Tuesday and we always sit at the bar area, the bartender/server Erika is always so great with us. We always feel welcomed and comfortable when dining there!

We had Jose as our server. It was a very busy night and there were a lot do things that didn’t go as planned. But Jose handled himself in such a way that you weren’t angry it even annoyed at any point. I have worked in the food business for 12 years and have always been very good at customer service. Jose was the best server I have ever had hands down. A lot of people would lose their cool, or say that someone else had made the mistake and he is sorry. He never dropped the ball and I can’t wait to go back! Just hope he is the server again!!!

Very rude service, I called the waitress over 3 times because I was ready to order she ignored me and gave me looks. It’s not like the food is even worth the rude service!

I come here once every two years since I forget how bad it is. Hopefully having this review here will remind me. We sat at the bar for a quick bite to eat and the bartender was super friendly. We ordered our drink and food and once we got our drinks I was disappointed. My friend had a beer and I had a margarita. But why did my drink taste watered down if she just made it? I inform the bartender and she tells me that she can remake it a little stronger and that she just needs to tell her manager. I say sure and she heads over to a group of two and tells them about the drink. Then I hear«Make her pay for the extra shot». Excuse me? I was just 4 bar seats away. I was a bit confused, hoping it wasn’t the manager that said that but a fellow employee. She comes back with the drink and tells me that they have to make their drinks a certain way and that’s why is ‘weaker’. But what chain doesn’t? This is the first time I’ve had to send a drink back since I was basically drinking flavored water. I had the new Thai Phoon shrimp and my friend had a flatbread. The flatbread was good and he ate most of it. The shrimp on the other hand was not my cup of tea, nor his. It must be the sauce or something because we love shrimp! We had a few pieces and couldn’t eat it. The bartender took the shrimp off without us even having to tell her, one star for that. It would be great if this location improved but for now I’ll keep waiting.

For a mall chain restaurant, it was above average. Salad bar was fresh, bathrooms clean. Food was fine for the value with plenty of options. Service was friendly. Healthier kid menu would be nice.

After seeing that the Cheesecake Factory was packed, we went here instead. It was a quick dinner and our waitress was nice but barely checked in on us. Salad bar was great, though, and you’re given a lot of sides and food for what you pay, and it’s pretty decent.

As others have said here, if I could give no stars, I would. Service was ok, food was not amazing but seemed decent enough. I say ‘seemed decent’ because after we left the restaurant, about half an hour later, and still in the mall, my wife, who ate the grilled shrimp, told me suddenly that she felt that she was going to throw up. She just made it to the restroom and needless to say, it was«bye bye» lunch! Had to be the shrimp as we both had the same salad and I was fine. She has the constitution of a horse so I just shudder to imagine how tainted the shrimp were. She just wanted to leave at that point, so we didn’t go to complain to the restaurant, not that they would have done anything anyway, I’m sure. Needless to say, we will never ever grace that establishment again. I’m sure the new Cheesecake Factory next door has been hugely damaging to their business since it opened and by offering tainted food like this, it just shows how far this ruby Tuesdays has gone down

Today I decided to dine at this establishment and I was greeted with poor service. I sat down around 5 and didn’t see a sign of my meal until 7. I have a short temper and when I waited 2 hours for a chicken dish i was infuriated. What made it worse was that everyone elts in the place was dining and my party of 4 was not. Finally after 2 hours my meal was served and I commenced to eat. All in all I don’t recommend eating here unless you have a pile of taxes to pay in the meantime.

Upon entering the restaurant, the hostess was not at the door. After waiting for some time, she came around the corner let out a sigh and slammed down extra menus she had in hand. Never said hello or spoke at all! She walked away and turned halfway and motioned with her hand to follow her. Is this the first impression you want to give? The service was just as awful. The waitress barely said hello and took her time returning with my drink, which was incorrect. She never checked in after my meal was delivered, no refill on my drink and was no where to be found when I wanted to pay. The salad bar was disappointing and not well maintained. I had to wait for a clean plate which was like pulling teeth to get. I wish there was an option to give zero stars. This was by far the worse Ruby Tuesday location I have been too and will definitely not be returning!

Lets start off by saying I celebrated my birthday at another«Ruby Tuesday» location and left a lot happier. We sat ourselves at the bar. At a table not directly in from the bar. It took a few minutes for the waitress to arrive after she obviously was upset. We ordered drinks and waters. Ten minutes later we ordered our food and she was gone. Still no drinks. after giving dirty looks to the lady behind the bar she made our drinks and immediately asked«are these yours?» Of course— if she would have paid more attention to the computer instead of entertaining her«friends«out drinks would have arrived sooner. I say friends because I could literally hear her personal conversation from our table. Our appetizer took so long to come out our waitress brought us biscuits. I hope no one ever orders those– horrible. When our appetizer came out we had to ask for plates because we were never given them. Finally our food arrived… my husbands loaded baked potato looked like it had been sitting out– the cheese looked cold. My chicken was room temperature. There obviously was no point in complaining because our waitress was so busy running around we only saw her once and when we called to her she kept walking. Half way through our meal– our drinks were gone– and we realized we never got our waters. I had to have another person bring us some. About five different employees walked by us during our visit each complaining about their job. We didn’t get to hand our waitress the payment because she was MIA as much of the night. We left it on the table and walked out. Needless to say we will not be returning… Ever!

Have been here a few times, have never had an issue with the service as other people have Unilocaled. Either way, my husband and I were just there for happy hour and sat at the bar. The specials ranged from $ 1 – 5 for food and drinks. It’s a great deal. Our bartender was friendly and attentive. Our appetizers took long to come out from the kitchen and the manager came out, served us, apologized, and comped us a round of drinks and the appetizers. We told him he didn’t have to do that, but he insisted. Him going above and beyond was truly appreciated and made our experience much better!

Stopped in here with my boyfriend on our way home. The food was as expected, but the waitress, Naisha, was unfriendly.

As far as Ruby Tuesdays go this one takes the cake for the worst Ruby Tuesdays I’ve ever been too. Salad bar selection. Was terrible, wait staff was practically mute. And we didn’t get our biscuits. My gf’s take«or was the worst meal I’ve had in a long time

The wait service took a while to greet herself to our table. The burger was good. It was pretty large I had only half and took the other half to go. There was not many people in there. It wasn’t packed at all. They have the buffet salad bar for 2.99 additional on top of your food item. It said happy hour advertised as you walk in. But then we asked about it and host said it ended at 6:30 and will happen again later on and we went at 7pm. It wasn’t at that time we go in, but the sign clearly stated happy hour. That was deceiving.

Poor service, mediocre food and untrained management. My husband and I meet here for lunch on occasion and it has continued to get worse each time we dine at RT. The hostess seats everyone in the same section and the wait staff gets bombarded by tables all at once. The wait staff is poorly trained and inattentive. Last time we dined here, I made two trips to the salad bar before she brought our drinks and that was after reminding her about them. I used to wait tables in high school and college and know that your attentiveness equals bigger tips. Obviously the staff at this RT didn’t get the memo.

I wish there was a rating less than 1 star! This place was terrible. It is located in a Mall next to a Johnny Rockets and across from a Asian Bistro. I have no idea how it does ANY business. My girlfriend called to find out where in the mall it was located, because we were just passing through Connecticut and found it on the GPS, as a good spot to eat. Wish I would have checked Unilocal first! The girl on the phone couldn’t help tell us where it was located. She seemed really put out! She couldn’t even suggest the closest entrance to the Mall where the restaurant was located(It’s a big mall). She was completely useless! On a side note, we don’t mind walking, but it was late enough that the most of the stores in the mall were closed, so we wanted the best ‘non-dept store’ entrance. We got there… asked for a booth in the dining area, as it wasn’t crowded. The hostess was surly and brought us to the bar, whereby we nicely requested the dining area AGAIN. She brought us to the dining area after arguing with another hostess/manager about ‘sections’. and she sat us at a table… despite all the open booths around us. The waitress showed up ONLY twice! that was it! No drink refills, no check ins, no nothing. The food was ok, typical for Ruby Tuesdays. The Service was among the worst I have ever had. The manager made some passes, saw empty glasses and dirty plates… and did nothing. They weren’t busy… I saw at least 3 servers for about 10 tables. That doesn’t seem like too much for them to handle. I’d be surprised if this place stays in business without a total revamp of the serving staff.
