I have been renting a seasonal RV space for several years at Airport Self Storage. I have had no problems with theft or vandalism so I always return each year. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Henry, the manager, is a pleasure to deal with.

Henry helped me with a 5′ by 5′ storage unit and the process was simple, painless and to the point. He was very knowledgable about the whole property and made things very clear. This is the only place I’ll store my belongings. Easy access and hours are very flexible. He even drove me out to the unit in a golf cart to show my me unit. Awesome customer service. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Airport Self-​Storage. The manager, Henry, is very professional and helful. We set up automatic payments right from the start. All of the proper information was given to us and we have been very happy with them on the whole.

I don’t understand the low reviews. We’ve had a great experience with this company. They held a unit for us for a week, without charging us, until we came to town and actually needed it. Very easy upon move in. Good communication. Unit was clean and neat. Henry was very friendly and helpful. Set up automatic payments to avoid late fees if that is a concern.

Not only are these units outrageously priced but their incredible sticklers about their late fees. We went out of town and misplaced our bill one month and we paid $ 44 on ONE unit and $ 35 on ONE unit! Is that even legal? Ha! Well our fault for being late and you can guess it won’t happen again, but you can also guess we are definitely moving our units ASAP. Not that this biz cares, their demand allows them policies that rape the customer – and if you have a problem, they have enough biz to supplement your measly share…

The first couple of months that I used airport self storage were fine. The property is clean, secure, and the managers were very friendly.
I found out this month that they did not automatically bill like all of the other storage units I have ever used which is a bit inconvenient, but not a huge deal. What did come as a shock though was that 21 days after this misunderstanding they were preparing my boat for sale. I paid up and was charged a late fee + an additional $ 20 lein notification fee.
There are tons of storage options 20 miles down the road that charge 1⁄3 as much. I try my best to support local business, but I don’t count anyone who treats me like that.

Just to set the record straight, Airport Storage did NOT work with me to accept a fax/​credit card the last time I had tried to rent a unit. If they had done so, I would not have written my comment in Unilocal!Let’s keep it honest Airport Storage, don’t twist the facts to make it look like you were willing to work with the customer…
