I used Sweets to Remember for my wedding cake back in 2007. Designing the cake with the owner was very easy, she understood my «vision» perfectly and worked with a nearby florist very easily. The cake I ordered had 4 layers, vanilla(with a raspberry filling), chocolate, red velvet, and a chocolate topper for the anniversary. Bonus: She beat every place in town’s price while providing an amazing tasting cake. I had a bite of the bottom layer during the cake cutting and by the time I went back for more, all my guests had eaten it! Some had gone back for thirds. The topper was preserved but I had to wait a year. In the meantime, guests raved about the cake all year long. In September 2008 I pulled the cake out of the freezer and dug in with my husband. Would you believe it still tasted amazing? Seriously, a cake that can survive my freezer and still taste delicious is a winner. Sweets to Remember also came through for my sister-in-law’s bridal shower and made the most beautifully designed cake I’ve ever seen. It was a work of art. The flavor was just as good and I’m amazed by the artistry here.
