Pizza Hut

Little bit of redemption from corporate and the manager, who gave us a credit. Unfortunately there was still a major lack of effort. I called in to use the credit, and was told the ‘Deals’ page on their website is online only deals, however, the ‘online only’ deals are clearly labeled online only. I had to ask to speak to the manager, who was pretty rude. Either way, food was delivered, delivery driver was much faster, much better service and pizza overall. However, I opened the breadsticks to an absolute disappointment. I think I could count the pieces of garlic/​parm shakers on top of it. Since I used to hang out with a Pizza Hut delivery driver, I know this isn’t the norm, at all. They went into the trash.
The manager was pretty rude at night time, obviously not the same one that called an apologized for the problems from this store.

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Pizza Huts I’ve been too as well, but I love their buttery pizza crust and bread sticks. There aren’t enough servers and honestly, I’ve been here with my family before and they couldn’t make us 6 large pizzas … didn’t have enough pans.

This is a delayed review but it seems they haven’t changed. I really like the old Pizza Hut family experience, and on outward appearances this fits the bill. After that it’s all goes down hill, the food is mediocre, the service is awful. They have forgotten me, waited to be seated for over 15 minutes, and the salad/​buffet bar is well worn. Not the old Pizza Hut experience I remember.

Ok well the manager called me (TOTAL SHOCKER) and apologized. She seemed to not know the full story still. However, she knew it was very bad. She gave me a $ 25 credit. I must say I’ll use the credit, but this will not be my first choice for PH. If phones aren’t working it’s something else. I learned my lesson.

First off, I believe the two previous reviews. In all honesty, I’ve had some of my worst service experiences at this Pizza Hut. Who trains these people?
However, I really like their Pepperoni Lover’s pizza on a stuffed crust. So… I get carry out (they won’t deliver –we’re out of range). The pizza is usually done right but just in case, I always ask for 2 minutes longer in the oven. Sometimes the pizzas are undercooked (IMO).

I have been to a handful of Pizza Hut buffets and this one the worst. No one was present to seat me when I walked in, so I just took a seat and waited. I eventually had to go up to the counter when I saw someone there to order a drink. The woman working was nice enough — it’s not her fault that there only appeared to be 2 people working. It was a pretty rough go though.
The tables were dirty but had place settings on them. I chose one that looked clean but had a general stickiness that made me uneasy.
The pizza was as good as any other Pizza Hut so give it a shot if you like their food. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day.
