How can I put it. Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad service! My car wouldn’t start in the adjoining parking lot of the Jones Automotive in Crofton Plaza in Palmyra VA. I walked in just as they opened their door asking if one of the technicians could walk next door and see if my battery cable was loose as I’d just had a new battery installed a few days earlier. The guy said no I’d have to get my car towed to them. I explained it was just parked in the adjoining business but he said nope! Never, ever would I recommend anyone to them!
