Invisible Fence of the Tri-Cities and Hudson Valley

hands down worst service ever! the owner kim is the worst business woman ive ever dealt with in my life. they did a botched job installing the fence. they barely dug the wire under the ground to the point where the wire was sticking out of the ground. i called to have them come fix it and when i did, i was told «oh well its already been installed theres nothing we can do about it now.» then when the wire broke i was slapped with a huge bill that i was told i had to pay! i tried calling her multiple times and she ignored my calls and my boyfriends calls. finally, i called from another number and when she answered she was very rude and then hung up on me!!! now, im stuck with an invisible fence that doesnt work correctly which i paid for and a huge bill which i refuse to pay. Since I refused to pay the bill Kim went ahead and took it upon herself to CHARGE my card on file without consent. if anyone needs an invisible fence installed do not use tricities invisible fence!!! they are scammers and think they can get away with this nonsense! Not for long!!!
