My review is based on my experience with their customer service involving typewriters. I called and a friendly woman named Peggy gave me great tips on typewriters. They sell and service electric and manual typewriters at a very reasonable price. They did not have one that my son liked but she offered to put me on a list to call if one came in. I ended up bringing in a typewriter to purchase ribbon for it and Peggy installed it for me. She also told me to hold on to the old ribbon spool because it was a quality one in the event they stopped making the ribbon spool so I could wind my own ribbon. I am glad I stopped in. Great service.
