Seems to be a poorly run place. Employees lack discipline and motivation to do their jobs. I’ve heard vulgar comments from employees. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of action being taken on improving the standards of employees.

Good food, but subpar service. All of the tables were dirty. The service was not good as the staff stood around looking clueless. I would not go back. I’m surprised people go here. Yuck!

This review could go either way… their doughnuts are great! A little pricey, but you forget about the less than $ 2 you spend when you bite into one of their specialty cream-​filled ones, or seasonal of any kind. Unbelievable. Their hot sandwiches are great too, but its always the donuts that are always on my mind. Word of advice: I know Troy is a truck-​stop town, but put one in the Glen/​Ed area! You may be surprised by your sales volume if you do.

This is a super busy area because of all the trucks stopping here. The Dunkin Donuts isn’t too busy, but it’s a safe area.
The store was pretty clean, and the two guys working here were nice.
The drinks were made well.

Clean, quick, with delicious coffee and pretty-​okay donuts. My husband got the three dollar croissant donut and it was truly horrible but that’s not the fault of this location, just not something we would ever repeat. Staff was helpful and polite.

Thus location is the best. I swear I come here religiously. I love thier everything bagels, coffee, and ice teas. Its amazing. Plus the people who work there are so polite and kind.

The staff at this Dunkin Donuts location are always polite, attentive, and work fast pace. It is the perfect stop for a quick bite to eat before work, or if your craving some breakfast foods later in the day. Their donuts are amazing, but personally I think the blueberry bagels are the best thing on the menu!

I went here to buy some donuts and my favorite type of bagel, onion. I have been to this location three different times to get one and all of the times they said no or we don’t make those, when recently i got told they are per the manager’s request, to what they make. Just not what it use to be sad.

I agree with the reviews that when they first opened things were a bit unorganized and the coffee actually tasted burnt. However, now almost two years later it’s MUCH better!!!
I visit this DD 2 – 3 times a week (I should start checking in). The staff is friendly, the inside is always clean, the food is good, and the coffee is now delicious!!! They offer lots of coupons and I LOVE their rewards punch card.

I loved the DD in St Louis in the 1990’s until greedy owners basically cheapskated ruined them and they closed. Last couple of year the Kirkwood, MO location was the only choice within 40 miles and was excellent. Great customer service and always lots of varieties of donuts available. If you are going to be open 24 hrs make the donuts! Do not run out! Well 3 trys to this Troy location and they need to visit the Kirkwood store to figure it out! No donuts available (the vanilla and chocolate kreme which is a standard DD staple) BEFORE 11 am! Now they had them on my third visit but dry, stale and tasted like made yesterday! Second visit fresh brewed iced tea. No Splenda. Tea tasted old and went to the trash can. Can someone form corporate help these people operate like a REAL DD?

This Dunkin’ Donuts recently opened so they are little disorganized. On my recent two visits the parking lot and drive thru have been packed. It takes awhile to get through the drive thru. Make sure to check your order to ensure you have everything. Hopefully, they will become more organized and faster.
I’ve always liked Dunkin’s food and coffee. This one is no different and consistent with the others I’ve visited.
