Dunkin’ Donuts

The most horrible Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Every time I stop by, something is always wrong. They never have their shit together. If it wasn’t convenient for me I would stop coming here all together.
Not to mention they once took an order for 2 of those big coffee boxes, and a few boxes of donuts, FROM THE DRIVE-​THRU! The other kicker… they let the guy wait at the window for it, and everyone else to wait behind him, not even taking anyones orders. First of all, the Drive Thru is for speedy service, not for your lazy ass. 2^nd of all, all the employees were completely in the wrong for letting him wait at the window. They could’ve took the order and told him to pull forward. Anyone know how long it takes just to make one box of that coffee? However long it takes to brew one and a half pots.

If I could give it negative stars I would. You would think Dunkin Donuts, coffee, donuts, etc. If you are a true Dunkin fan, you will know not all Dunkin’s are the same. You would think since so much is automated that coffee would taste the same no matter what. Think again. This is by far one of the worst in the area. The customer service is poor and the products are always bad. We avoid this one, we’ll travel extra distance just to get Dunkin made properly. Take a look around the rest of the plaza, it fits with the theme!

This is my preferred dunkin donuts… they usually get it right on.
