Party City of Hamilton Square

i will never go back to this party city! i called them b4 i went in to see if they have a bubble machine for a party that i had to go to and they told me yes they have a few! i went in and couldn’t find it. the line was super long with only one person working so i went up and down the isles looking for another worker that could help me. after about 5 mins i finally found a worker. she showed me the bubble machine and they only had one and the one they had the box was so beaten up and looked like it was used. when i went to pay for it i asked if i can open it to look inside it first to make sue it was ok being the box looked like a bear ate it ! she said ok and we was missing its wire. i asked her if she had anymore being that when i called they had said they had a bunch. she called some1 over the radio to come up to the counter so i can ask her. when she came up i asked her if she had anymore and she just simply said NO and i said ummm well i called and was told you have a few and this one is missing its wire. she said well we don’t have anymore thats the last one you can still take it and get your own wire and we will just discount it. i called my husband who was in the car waiting to tell him about it. he came into the store to see what i was talking about then he went down the area that the bubble machine was in .low and behold all the way on the top shelf they had 3 brand new ones! he grabbed it down and said we will just take this one. the lady face turned beat red of embarrassment! terrible customer service she didn’t even look and was to lazy to see if they had another! i will never go back to this place again. i would rather pay a little extra and go to another store
