This little Dunkin Donuts/newspaper stand is very convenient to pick up last minute items prior to boarding the train North to NYC or South to Trenton. As a previous reviewer mentioned high prices, yes some of their items are ticketed higher than a grocery store. But that is expected, regardless of where you go that has a similar layout. It’s capitalism and marketing, it isn’t just this place… look around at those locations where you are traveling to/from and don’t have the luxury to break away for a quick minute; some examples are airports, train stations, sporting events, hospitals, concerts, etc. Everyone can relate to paying $ 5 for a drink that cost $ 1.50 elsewhere. But this place isn’t that expensive, I would say on avg of $.50-$ 1 more on certain items. This Dunkin Donuts is my routine prior to catching the train(their coffee is bigger & cheaper than other DDs) and the lady behind the counter in the morning makes it perfect – light & sweet. The staff is always professional with proper greetings,(unlike other locations which think they’re doing you a favor… sorry but reality check… I’m paying for a service and your paycheck). This location is always clean and well stocked. The one area of improvement that would’ve given them 5 stars, provide some breakfast items on their DD menu. Otherwise this small convenience store/newspaper stand/Dunkin Donuts is a great place to get those last minute items for your commute to/from NYC.

The dude gave me a burning hot small coffee with no cup-holder thingy. I also got it black and he really took the«no room» thing literally — it was spilling out the minute he handed it to me. Needless to say it ended up all over my hands and shirt. C’mon man … that’s like coffee shop 101.

Avoid if you can. This tiny mart inside the Hamilton Train Station has overpriced impulse items for those who need a snack for the train. Word of advice: eat before you arrive at the train station. If unavoidable: expect rock hard croissants.
