Blacksheep Trading Company

After leaving Acadia National Park we were on the hunt for some nautical décor for an upcoming baby shower as well as for our home. While on our travels we saw this roadside shop and knew we had to stop in.
This «trading post» is operated by a very sweet woman who welcomed us when we pulled over and helped us find everything we were looking for. This shop has a ton of unique lobster based materials including converted lobster pots and buoys that have been converted into bird houses.
Overall there isn’t enough space on this site to provide a taste of the items they have here. The prices here are a bit steep, but everything is genuine and has seen the ocean at one point or another. In the end we loved stopping here and would stop here again in a heartbeat.

I purchased a $ 350 dollar sheepskin motorcycle cover that is less than one year old. It was washed and dried exactly per the instructions. A seam came apart that Peters seamstress stitched. They have refused to correct the problem leaving me with a worthless cover.
I highly recommend NOT purchasing any product from Blacksheep Trading Company. They are quick to take your money but care nothing about you or the product they sold you afterwards.
Peter wants me to pay another $ 150 dollars and he will replace it.
Don’t fall for the sales hype on his website. Buy from someone else.
