Food is good but check your order before the delivery person leaves because they will lie to you and tell you that your sauce is in there… Manager is no help either, told him it was the second time and he said «well what do you want me to do» Then hung up. Pizza Hut for this family from now on.

This place rocks we have never faulted the service or food we have gotten
The staff do there very best to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy with there choices and fix any mistakes that do sometimes happen …
So maybe the negative nellys need to take a step back and check themselves for mistakes before causing a scene …
This place rocks and love that we now have this pizza option on base for awesome deals and prices

First time Unilocal check in… 6th time visit. I’ve tried the wings, sandwiches, and the pizza. Great every time! Order ahead if you’re on the fly… Great job!

We ordered for our movers two separate days. The orders were correct and quickly made. We have not had any negative issues here so far. Definitely better then Pizza Hut off base.

So I placed an order at 8:30. I was told the order would arrive in 81 – 91 minutes. At 10:15 I check the tracker online and see that is shows nothing. I call the store and they tell me that the delivery driver called me to verify my room number and then said that I would pick up the pizza at the store. I never received this call from the delivery driver so he straight up lied about it instead of taking the 10 seconds to call and verify my room number. The manager was apologetic but still spouting off excuses about it being a crazy night. This situation could have been avoided with a simple phone call. The manger couldn’t even fully verify if my order had been refunded. I will not being trying to order from them again and would not recommend ordering from them.

Every time I order delivery they’re always lost. Just save yourself the hassle and order carry out unless you want to wait over an hour for your pizza.
