We’ve had Mark out to our house on several occasions and have always been thrilled with his service. So far he has worked on our fridge, washer and dryer and range. He gives very prompt and polite phone calls and texts, is competent and efficient and has reasonable pricing. He is also very honest and careful when he thinks the situation needs someone else and has gone out if his way while traveling downstate to pick up parts that otherwise would have taken potentially weeks longer to come in and cost more.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking for home appliance repairs.
