Killroy Pest Control

We have been a customer of Killroy for 7 years for quarterly pest control. They are always courteous, on time and do an excellent job. Just recently we refinanced our home to a VA loan which required a Termite inspection and we needed work done. Killroy sent Michael Flowers to us and he did an excellent job on the inspection. The repairs and treatment seemed overwhelming but he was very helpful in explaining to us what needed to be done. We were able to contact him directly with questions throughout the process and we passed the inspection no problem.
I highly recommend Killroy for both pest control and termite problems.

We’ve used this company twice now for Black Widow Spider treatment in Livermore.
Scheduling was easy, both times I got a call ahead and the tech then showed up on time. Both times we dealt with Tom Votta. He knows what he’s doing, consulted us for questions we had, and performed the treatment thoroughly. The first treatment lasted 18 months. I have nothing to compare to, so I don’t know how $ 175 stacks up, but hey, for a pressure cleaned house exterior, incl. garage, and no nasty spiders, that’s value to me.
A termite inspections was performed by a different technician. Their techs are specialized depending on the bugs. Yay, I’m a fan!
