Came in through the drive thru today around 1:30 pm and received excellent service from Veronica! Friendly service, order was correct, and a pleasant transaction. She told me about the different kinds of iced teas that they have that I didn’t know about before. Raspberry iced tea! Yum! Owners/managers note: the speakers out by the drive through menu board need updating. It’s hard for the employees to hear the drive through orders through this older equipment. And for the customers to communicate their order. Each person has to keep saying, «What? What did you say? Please repeat.» It seems that even though they’re wearing newer headsets on their heads, the outdoor speaker equipment is not that great. So it would benefit customers and employees to get this stuff updated. We go through this drive through often, and especially when the kids request kids meals. They get the orders right and are friendly almost all the time. Keep up the awesome work at the drive through, Veronica!

I usually never ever come to jack in the box and i went to the drive thru around 11:47AM today and ordered a sandwich, and asked for no pork along with a raspberry lemonade. I pull up to the window and get a regular lemonade and tell them i ordered the raspberry lemonade. I was not upset at all that they mixed that up. When i got the food i drove away and checked to see if everything was right and what do you know!!! There was pork in my sandwich. I had to be at work at 12 and didn’t have time to go else where. I was really pissed and went back inside and demanded for my money back. They can never get there order straight, thats why i always skip jack in the box! Total waste of my time.

Arrived here Saturday night around 11:30pm and noticed that there was a long line from the drive-thru. Since we were so desperate for curly fries, we decided to wait, which was a HUGE mistake. It took 20 minutes for us to reach the intercom just to order our fries, THEN it took another 15 minutes for us to reach the window, which we noticed that there were only two workers, a male and a female. The female worker was constantly touching things, making it look like she was busy, which she wasn’t, so after 5 minutes of waiting outside the window the male worker finally decided to help us, except he gave us the wrong order so we had to correct him. After FINALLY getting our food we noticed that it was stale and cold. Wow. It literally took us the next day to receive our food, which wasn’t even warm or crunchy. Definitely will not be revisiting this location if I’m ever in the area in the morning.

This location is much better than the store on 11th in the shopping center with Safeway and Orchard Supply Hardware. Unfortunately, today, was not a great example. I ordered one nacho taco in a combo, and I got two on the order, along with the associated difference in price, which was only 50 cents each. That’s probably why I didn’t notice. The restrooms are locked, due to some of the homeless people in the area. It seems as though the last time I was there, I had a weird experience with one of the homeless people. Life is never what you expect, is it? In any case, the food was okay each time I’ve been there but it takes too long and of course, it’s not hot. That’s JiTB.

Sloppy, uninspired, minimal effort. This is what I see in the 1st20 seconds of visiting this location. Owners look like the kind of people who used to run a minimal customer service type mini mart and decided to buy a jack in the box. No music. 3 pictures on the wall. Minimal seating. Landscaping was shit. Bathroom was clean but full of graffiti. Some dumbass gangbanger from Fremont, wanted to let everybody know he could carve his name into the toilet seat. Came in on a foggy morning when everyone is going to work, so it was kind of busy. Didnt have to wait very long to get my order.

A good hangout while you are getting your smog done. Clean establishment with a tidy bathroom(thank you). This is a local hangout for the retired locals having their morning cup of joe. I am not a big fan of fast food and the only thing I order from the menu is coffee and tacos so my knowledge of the menu is limited. I enjoy the 2 for a buck tacos and yes they are greasy but they have good flavor. The Jack’s employees were keeping busy and wiping down tables and stocking(no lazy people here).

Their restrooms need help. their employees could use a little too. Ordered a lot of food bc I have a relatively large family. I brought 2 of my kids to use the restroom while we waited and found a dirty single stall mens room with no paper towels. Wipe hands on pants and go to pick up our meal… 2 medium combo meals with curly fries, one kids meal with OJ, two cheese burgers and an extra order of onion rings. To go, please. Simple, yeah? We were shorted one order of curly fries and the OJ. they handed us both, no questions asked, no receipt necessary, when we went back to the counter & complained. Still not sure if the burgers here are slime-free…

Everything you would expect from a good jack in the box. With the added bonus of a very friendly staff.

Apparently, everything closes about 9PM but we didn’t know since we’re not from Tracy, CA. We were famish and on the road for close to two hours. The only thing opened was JitB — Baja Fresh and Quizno’s were already cleaning up. I think I would have rather starve if I had another chance to choose. Everything is battered and fried or grilled in massive amounts of oil. I ended with a sirloin burger. Though I’ve never seen anything so far from a piece of sirloin before. It was square and over cooked and just un-edible. bleh, I am never going back to JitB. I’m so happy San Francisco is anti-chain restaurants.
