Plano Trabuco Shell

I use to go here all the time but they have lost a customer. I went through the car wash, which is always a dice roll due to it being completely unpredictable. Today the dryer fans were inoperable. So my car was left covered in water droppings. I reported it to the female clerk and she simply said, «No problem, I will give you a free wash next time.» But by that time there were already 3 cars in line. That would have taken me 30 mins to go back through the line. I pointed that out to her and she seemed annoyed, like this kind of thing happens all the time. Meanwhile, she was allowing car after to car to go through the wash knowing the dryer was not working. So why would she allow customer after customer to be unsatisfied knowing her machine was not working. Why not shut the car wash down? No appreciation for the customer is the only answer so I will never go there again.

For the love of all that is right and moral in this community and reality, I plead with you; please, just go away and get the gas you so desperately need elsewhere… You really don’t need this aggravation in your life right now and a downward spiral is best not started at this Shell station. Eek!
