Has a wide variety of wines which I love, but customer service there was horrible. Young woman was cashier I beleiwv some sort or western race, barely spoke english horrible rude and bad work ethic. Was surprised to see such a nice environment ruined by her bad attitude and disrespect toward customers. Haven’t been back since. Now I drive out to lutherville by Olimpia pizza.

Went in to buy some wine and saw a deal on something else. Turns out the sign was misleading and the staff was extremely rude to me. Then a month later my friend came to me with a similar story! Rude staff. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

The absolute worst customer service in Towson. Owner and Managers sit up in their little office — WATCHING STUPID COMPUTER GAMES/​JOKES WHATEVER — while a line continues to form in their store — with the exception of the very kind cashier? I wish I knew her name — they all act like you are privilaged to purchase from them — I’m done.

Top shelf is super convenient because it is down the road. I love that. The staff has always been very helpful and always been quick to help me find something and/​or recommend something. For a very small store, they have a very pleasant selection. And they carry McSorley’s light and dark beers, which is crazy as i have never seen it anywhere. The selection and organization of the wine is nice. The parking lot can get a little crazy but it has space to turn around at the end of the lot. All in all I love this store for the staples. Until I just wrote that sentence, It never occurred to me that I went to the liquor store for staples, but I do. Cheaper 24 packs, the scotch, the bottle of cooking red wine, white wine, vodka, tequila, a fun microbrewery 24oz.
