one elevator has worked for the past two weeks — never more than two at a time for the past two years — IF you’re a working person, allow yourself an extra thirty minutes to get out of the building to your car.. . which, by the way, will not be parked in the garage attached to the building unless you have an addition $ 100 bucks to pay! oh, and by the way, if you’re thinking of buying here in the next year bear in mind that the elevators are scheduled to be replaced at the owner’s expense.. . at least 2 mil divided by ?.. ..

Effective jan 1 2015 the penthouse condos will be managed by a nationwide property management firm. The new management company manages both commercial and residential properties thru out the USA .
This is exciting news as Towson continues to expand and grow. The penthouse condos are in the best location in the heart of downtown towson and the penthouse will be steps away from the new whole foods market and towson row development.

Location is great, its like living in the heart of town. Building is also secured by 24×7 receptionist. I enjoyed living here.

Despite all the hype you’ll read in their marketing material, it’s a toilet. And the guy who runs the parking is a joke.
