It was ok. I mean for mall food… it was OK. The shrimp was fresh, the veggies crunchy and the curry rice noodles were good. It just did not TASTE like Thai food,(if that makes sense). It kind of tasted like Americanized Chinese. The portions were HUGE, but it just did not have the unique taste of Thai food.

Five stars for price and quantity. Got veggie pad Thai no egg(vegan) super cheap and pretty tasty. It didn’t automatically come with tofu, I’d like to see if I can do that next time. But otherwise for a food court cheap noodle and veggie dish it’s great. Friendly staff is always appreciated as well.

This place is decent with good prices. The Thai BBQ chicken here is very flavorful. It’s nice having good Thai tea in the mall.

What happened here? A couple of years ago I went here a couple of times and it was decent and now the ppl that work here are just plain miserable and hate their jobs. The cashier and chef are miserable. This was and still is a Thai place run by fujianese ppl so I’m assuming it changed hands since I last went. The food was ok but like the other reviewers have said it has gone down hill also. I couldn’t take but a few bites of the padthai I got at lunch time even though it was freshly made. They didn’t bother giving me napkins or a fork which I had to go back for after several minutes. I got their last fork. I think if I would have asked them for anything they would have scowled at me and acted like I was bothering them, I ended up eating the rest of the padthai in the evening when I was starving and it only tasted good then.

Absolutely horrible! Zero stars if I could. First, the guy behind the counter yells what do you want sir to people who can’t even see the food because the line hasn’t moved yet. Ummm can you wait to yell at me when I get up to the counter and actually see the food? I get to the cashier and ask for a shrimp roll. She rolls her eyes in the back of her head and gets it. Okay the last straw. So I give her a $ 20 and then get the change so I can get the other whole dollar back giving the change to her the whole time. She tells me no I don’t have time. Really you’re telling a customer you don’t have time. How about take your food and give me my money back because I too don’t have time. She went to get her manager. I said yes take your food and give me my whole $ 20 back. She put it to the side and not in my hand. These folks are rude. You will never get my service ever again. I’m now enjoying my food from bourbon street café and grill.

The food was hot and there was plenty of it the BBQ chicken is similar to bourbon chicken. I had bbq chicken, lo mein, and steamed veg it was really good. the employees were all smiles and were very friendly. They also make pad thai and some other stuff to order I will try that next time. It is the best food in the food court of the mall. I will eat there whenever I am forced into the wretched mall.

Ok this is an update the food is cold and they don’t put enough on your plate. The soup is salty and the bok Choy they put in the soup is too big and too hard to cut up in order to eat so my advise is to stay away
