Whyyyyyy do I keep doing this to myself? It’s exactly in the same condition as my last visit from last year… down to the cluttered store… dusty shelves. employees playing Magic the Gathering… and the prices are rediculous… especially when you can go across the street and find them for way less… how is this place staying in business??? 3 tips… have a sale to clear out the clutter… try to get some newer items in stock…(I’m a whovian and when I asked the young man for anything Dr. Who related non comic… I got«not sure»…bet he could tell me what cards he had in his Magic deck) and be competitive with other local comic shops… this location is 5 minutes away From my home but I always leave discouraged…

Avoid this shop. Was doing a run of different comic book stores in the general area trying to fill holes in back issue runs. The store is a cluttered mess. The employees were too busy eating or playing card games to help. Finally an employee came over and asked if could help. I told him the series I was looking for but he had no idea and said he could not pull down the inventory boxes of back issues since he didn’t know anything about comics. What kind of store does not want to make a sale? I asked when the back issues would be ready and he did not know. They have a whole wall of back issues that look like they are going to collapse. He said come back when Randy the manager is in but after this visit I will never come back even though the location is convenient to my work.

Tiny-but-conveniently-located comic shop. On two different occasions they didn’t have what I was looking for so I had to drive to Collector’s Corner, but the owner is nice and, as mentioned, its’ conveniently located. Worth stopping in.

I have been visiting this place for years, ever since it was in the mall, and I love them. I would gladly drive the extra distance to go here, rather than support the local shit shop that is currently in Parkville. Friendly staff, great variety, and reasonable prices. And if you are looking to sell merch, they are very fair in their offers.

Awesome little shop. They have a large amount of merchandise in their store. Staff was helpful and extremely polite. UPDATE — I called about a sold-out comic I had ordered. The girl who ordered it for me told me it would take about a week and a half and that she would call me when it was in. After two weeks, I called and a guy answered. He had no idea what I was talking about and could not find my order. Told me it would be a few more weeks. Told them never mind. I suppose mistakes happen, but I won’t be ordering from them again. I may shop there, but not have them order anything.

It is a nice shop. A decent size, but it isn’t huge. If you are looking for a really large selection you might want to try somewhere else. I really liked that their small publisher section was as large as their large one. The staff seemed really nice, and I think I heard them say you could order stuff in through them. It is kind of weird because they split a space with the Thai food restaurant next door so you can actually see in to it. That’s more neat than off putting, though. I definitely recommend checking it out when you are in the area. My boyfriend also enjoyed that they had a decent selection of magic card paraphernalia.

Awesome place. They have moved up Joppa road to the strip mall across from Walmart. This store strikes a perfect balance of nerdy yet accessible. Casual drop ins after dinner in downtown Towson quickly made graphic novel fans out of my entire family. Staff is always friendly and welcoming to our suburban family while the sweaty young men mill about discussing their ongoing D&D or Magic the gathering games. The new location will have a Thai restaurant next door run by the owners wife. Can’t wait to try it.

What realls makes this comic shop stand out from the rest is that the staff is really friendly, funny, and eager to help. While the selection of older issues is slim to none, they have a great selection of imported stuff, as well as tons of new comics. This shop is worth a visit, or even worth have a pull box at.
