Totowa Store:
I purchased a bluetooth speaker for my daughter as a holiday gift. When she opened it we found it wasn’t loud enough. I called to try & return it & upgrade the product, & the clerk told me that I couldn’t. She told me that I should have been told when I purchase it, which i wasn’t, & even when I tried to tell her I wanted to come in & buy the upgraded better speaker, I was told NO. When she suggested that I speak with the manager, I said fine, except he wouldn’t even get on the phone.
I think that this is horrible customer services, & if you want to deal with a reputable company, I would suggest finding someone else

Great for random needs! Went there again today and got a bunch of stocking stuffers, gloves and a brand new snow blower all for very reasonable prices! We were assisted with our purchases by a staff named Fanny who was extremely helpful and very nice!
I have to say every time i’ve been there staff have been friendly/​helpful and the store was stocked with tons of useful items!
