I’ve been nothing but disappointed with the quality of the sectional we purchased 2 – 3 years ago. Within the first year, I noticed the couch dipping in the middle. Looking underneath, I saw all these parts on the floor. I called to have them come out to fix. They had to haul half of the couch away. While they lifted it, it still doesn’t align with the other side of the sectional. The man that picked up the couch mentioned he was picking up a few due to bad parts yet they keep using them on new furnishings. Now the couch is drooping again and my family is coming for the holidays. I can’t be without a couch for a month. Guess I will stuff blankets under cushions until I can coordinate again. Terrible product quality, especially considering how much we spent on it.

You can find cheaper furniture elsewhere, but that is exactly what it’ll be… cheap. At Thomasville, you will find high quality furniture and yup, you need to pay the price for them. Wait for a sale to help you ease the cost. This store has an upstairs loft with more furniture, so don’t just stay on the first floor. Ask for Aurora! She’s nice and helpful. My entertainment center that I purchased was the only one I could find that could accommodate a 70 inch TV and was of nice quality. Like all furniture stores, you will need to wait a while before it is delivered. Aurora kept me up to date and even found an earlier date to deliver it to me. It looks great.

If I could give it zero stars, I would.
We’re now 3 weeks from estimated delivery and they haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone in their warehouse for the past 5 days. BS.
I have called and been told repeatedly that someone will call me back, but no one ever does.
We’ve purchased furniture from Ethan Allen and it was so easy. Lesson learned! Ethan Allen has a customer for life!
UPDATE:
I called the warehouse directly and someone answered right away. I was able to get my ottoman immediately. I had some questions about the ottoman, care, warranty, etc. I called another Thomasville store and had my questions answered over the phone. So easy. Clearly the problem is with the Torrance store.
