Always come here to pick up Japanese DVDs for my parents. They have a huge selection and since my parents rent so many of their DVDs, they basically just call it in and they have it ready for them when I get there to pick it up. Never had a problem with them and every staff member is friendly and resourceful. If you’re looking for something in particular, they can usually figure it out and the price isn’t bad at all. We will definitely continue to rent our DVDs here.

This is my current main place to purchase Japanese TV program videos. These are previously rental DVDs for a buck each. Unfortunately there are no subtitles but I make do with whatever Japanese I know (which is out-of-touch Japanese, so they tell me, but I just shrug my shoulders).
My favorites are the variety shows especially ones with Sanma (Funny man/TV show host). Sometimes I get lucky and find eating contest shows (They’re awesome) and Ramen contest shows (God, I’d die for these DVDs).
I got probably about 50 DVDs so far, most of them I pass along to neighbors or give to my retired folks.
