Went here on a Tuesday to get my skinny jeans shortened and tailored better to fit my small Asian frame and it was WONDERFUL.
Ever since my old seamstress had moved to Arizona I’ve been really annoyed with how often I purchase clothes that don’t fit me quite right but I think I found my place!
You change in a little tiny closet-​like dressing room which is a tad scary– but you gotta do what you gotta do I suppose – and then you’re asked what parts you’d like to have changed. Simple and very quick! Took me 5 minutes!
I was told my order would be ready by Friday and was given a receipt and had my phone number taken down.
By Friday I went to pick up my jeans and low and behold – they ACTUALLY FIT.
PERFECTLY.
The seams were so disguised you wouldn’t even know I had to have them altered.
Now I’m at home looking through my closet for other items I want to have taken in.
PROS:
— Everything was fast
— Jeans fit wonderfully
CONS:
— Cost me $ 30 to have them shortened and taken in a little at the ankle to keep that skinny-​jean look.
Despite the price, I’d still go back because there’s nothing more uncomfortable than wearing clothes that don’t fit right.

Been a long time customer. mess up your shirt with stain. They just said not from them. With the labels said they can’t do anything with damaged done. He lie on
about not a single star.

This is my first time dry cleaning & I chose this because of high ratings. From the moment I went in to drop stuff off & picked them up, I was happy. The guy in the front was so sweet & so SO nice & was always smiling. My coats & sweater & pillow pet came out super nice & nothing shrunk. Since I’ve need dry cleaned I wasn’t sure if $ 40 was a lot but it seemed like it but for the quality I don’t mind. ($ 40 for 2 coats, sweater, & pillow pet) also I loved that they folded everything & zipped everything up very nicely. I will go back ! Extra bonus points for being close to my house hahahah

Ah. I like this place. The family who works here greets people with a smile. I am especially fond of the fact that they can dry clean stuffed animals, especially the big giant stuffed animal!
My girlfriend’s cat pissed on bear-​bear, the stuffed animal I gave her as an after valentine’s day present. The place gave it back as good as new.

Let me start this review by saying that the people who own/​run Torrance Pride Cleaners are the sweetest and nicest people you’ll ever deal with. They’re super respectful and seem to really appreciate your business… and for me that level of service is something I’m willing to pay for.
Since I’m pretty new to them I decided to take in some of my son’s clothes as a test run to see if anything went wrong and we were both beyond pleased with the results. Everything came back just like new!
I really appreciate that they’re Eco-​Friendly and when you get your things back there’s none of that dry cleaning chemical smell that I hate. Yesterday I took in 3 pieces (pants, sweater & jacket) and the total was $ 17.27…went back today for them and not only were they ready earlier than expected they were handled with care and good as new. My family won’t go anywhere else from now on.

I’ve been using them since I loved to Torrance 16 years ago and am very pleased with their service. They are very reliable and respectful. They are good at communicating with their customers. I remember the first time I went, they called me at home to clarify the charge on one of the pieces before they started the work on it, which I appeciated.

In my opinion, this cleaners is fairly expensive. $ 2.50 for my laundered shirts and $ 4.25 for dry cleaning. Service was good and the clothes came out nice. Again, just fairly expensive.

My family and I have been going to this cleaner for years. They have always been on time, careful with our garments and delivered quality work. They also speak very good English and they are personable. I hope that KA’s comments do not deter new customers because my experience with this business has been very satisfactory.
