Things Remembered

Location is closed. Looked and looked and couldn’t find it. No one picked up the phone when I tried calling either. According to the mall directory Suite 212 is now Kinplin

I found my favorite Things Remembered store! YAY.
The first time I ever came inside was in 2008 and was my first purchase. My experience before was noteworthy and on my second purchase at this location on 05/​16/​2013 as well. I had first went on their website to look for a graduation gift for my brother. I had one of the frames in mind which I wanted to be engraved and the high prices expected.
Organization of the store needs improvement for the following reasons:
1. Some items on display were difficult to locate or the last one in stock.
2. One customer described his experience that the store was even worse last week.
3. Stacks of small boxes with store products were at the register. It looked cluttered and unprofessional. I asked if they had a big purchase and was told, «No, those just have not been put away.» um… okay
4. The other reason I docked off one star was because the employee literally placed my item (picture frame) on the floor when trying to look for the business card holder that again was unorganized.
* Please show you care for the products your customers intend to purchase. Especially when the customer is in front of you. Not cool.
Engraving is priced as the first three words are free and each additional word is $ 3. Expensive, right? Expected. I am satisfied with my purchase and look forward in giving the gift to my brother
