[+5] Cool place. Came in with the intention of switching carriers and they answered our questions. As usual with all switching there’s sometimes miscommuncation errors with all the information being given, or it could be my forgetfulness. but they fixed a hiccup in a way that was more convenient for us. When we have a question or problem Raymund would help us fix it in a way that is very helpful. I was very anxious about switching since I had used AT&T for over 8 years. And I still get to keep my first number. Pretty happy! Highly recommend. Thanks for making my experience pleasant! I could have given it 3 – 4 stars, but I always like to see how problems are handled. I am satisfied. This was my first time going to T~mobile, and I already like it better than AT&T after going to the store 3 times! They are inside the mall between Macy’s & Starbucks so it can get busy!

Management here(Raymund @ the Del Amo Mall location between Macy’s and Starbucks) has terrible customer service skills. It is akin to a used car saleman… friendly until you come back and have a problem that needs to be addressed. They will double charge for services. Sold us an incorrect SIM card and refused to exchange it for the correct one for a phone ordered through them. Said we have to repurchase another brand new SIM card just in order to us the phone… despite selling us the wrong one in the first place. Raymund avoided us after the initial interaction and left us to deal with the associate. Associate was a nice guy, but has no power to make any of the management decisions that were needed to ensure a high level of customer service. Avoid this store at all costs. There are better T-mobile locations that offer an exceptional level of customer service and staffed by management that actually cares.

It was time I caught up with modern day technology and get a data plan. For the longest time I convinced myself that I didn’t need to pay extra for internet access on my phone because I had Wi-Fi at home, work and school, the three places I spent most of my time at. I thought to myself that having no data plan made me more of a doer. I looked up directions and memorized the map on my laptop before heading towards a food joint or art gallery, I didn’t relay on a GPS. However, after a numerous amount of road trips I took with friends and not being able to provide my phone for any help I realized that it wasn’t so much about being lazy but understanding that it was resource. So, I made the decision to seek out which provider had the best deal. Luckily, I have an awesome co-worker that has done all the research and lent his findings. He recommended T-Mobile and it’s unlimited text, calls, & data promotion. My mind was made. I visited this store on a Saturday night and Jose was the one that helped me out. I knew what I wanted to do and came prepared with my account number and pass code to make the switch with the same phone number. Jose was very helpful and aside from technical difficulties with the computer, my switch from AT&T took a reasonable amount of time execute. Jose answered all my questions and was very friendly. I still have the same phone number I’ve had since the 6th grade. I also bought a phone for my mom and she loves hers just as much as I love mine. The store is not as large as other locations but if you have a goal in mind, this location is as good as the rest! I will most likely be returning to this location, hopefully the employees stay as nice as they were my first visit.

For customer service and satisfaction, I m giving 0 point. They dont care customer, they just care selling. while we were buying, they acted well but when we returned it the following day, they act like monsters!!!
