You would think there would be a ruler on the counter top that could be used to measure the cuts of bread. BOOOOO. Went in for a 6, came out with a 5.

This subway has a better selection of sauces than other local subways. They have more options for toppings too. Restroom available and friendly staff.

Worst service ever. Skipped over my friends sandwich and we were there together. The girl who made my sandwich was either new or super slow. So unorganized and rude!!!

Came here on a weekday at 11:40 am trying get a quick sandwich and run. It had to be the guys’ first day on the job. There was only 1 customer ahead of me, but with 2 guys and 1 gal behind the counter, it was already 12:00 noon when I head out the door. The dude«assembled» my sandwich in a record 5 long minutes… and kept asking«onions? cilantro?». I don’t know whether to laugh or curse out loud. What part of «EVERYTHING» don’t you understand?! Even my 2 year old knows the definition of EVERYTHING and wrap a sandwich faster! My stomach has finished eating itself by the time IT reached the cash register, and the cashier made my blood pressure boil when he came back with more empty cups to stack on top of already highly stacked drinking cups. If you’re in a hurry, don’t come here. you’ll not only waste 20 min of your precious lunch time, but possibly contract a stomach ulcer by watching some dudes«snail» handling your sandwich, and eating stale OFFTHEMENU specials. that should stay OFF the menu.

Where to park? There’s a parking lot that is shared with Chili’s Restaurant & Verizon, so parking at lunch time is tricky. If you don’t mind walking, there’s plenty of parking nearby in other lots. When I walked in, there was no «Welcome to Subway» greeting. I ordered a Spicy Italian on Cheesy Jalapeño Bread. The lady who put the meats on the bread was polite and helpful. The other two ladies, one who put on the cheese and toppings and the one at the cash register were NOTFRIENDLY at all! They both seemed exasperated and wanted me out ASAP! I would have given this place maybe 3 stars if those 2 employees could have been pleasant. So, I gave a star for the 1 employee and a star for the sandwich.(Yep, 2 stars = Meh. I’ve experienced better.) Unless this is a handy location for you, I’d suggest you find another Subway to get your food from. The sandwich was good and the place is clean, so it isn’t bad, other than for the the service.

I gave this Subway about five tries, and I have to say that I’ve been please every single time until today. FAUSTINA, needs to go, her attitude is horrible and you can tell the employees feel awkward around her. The other few times, I’ve been happy with the cleanliness and professionalism. This is the last time that I will come to this Subway or at least until she is gone. I feel sorry for the other employees who actually have to put up with such a negative person during a whole shift.

2 stars for having only 2 sandwich artists on duty during lunch time. The line is nearly out the door. My lunch hour will be over by the time I order. Don’t they know people have to get back to work?

I come here a lot due to the proximity to my work. This place is your standard subway, the service is fine. The people aren’t friendly, but not rude either. The crowd at noon gets really long. Come around 1130 or after 1pm. This one is located next to chilis and verizon.

The service here sucks so bad. When I entered, all the employees were in the back, and when 2 workers came up front, they were screaming and flirting with each other. I don’t mind seeing coworkers getting along with each other but when they’re yelling and shoving each other in front of the food then I get pretty damn annoyed. I’m pretty sure some of their spit gets in the food too because of all the talking and flirting they do around the food. I was going to eat inside but I couldn’t stand to see or listen to those 2 workers for another minute, so I sat and ate in my car. I would give this place 0 stars but the sandwich was good… but then again it’s not that hard to make a meatball marinara

Meatball Marinara is a yummy discovery! Also tried their new sandwich, the Tuna Jalapeño… meh, jalapeño is good with anything basically and tuna salad is, well, tuna. I like tuna sashimi but not canned tuna. Anyways, this Subway shares the same plaza as Verizon!~

I like this Subway! I’d actually forgotten that there was a Subway here until my trusted iPhone Unilocal app showed me this location. First impression when I stepped in was how spacious and clean this Subway is. I like the roomy interior and how the set up did not seem crowded. They have high tables of to the right as you enter. The regular tables in the middle and your soda fountain to the left. The other thing I liked about this Subway is that they don’t tax you on the $ 5 foot long. Other Subways seem to be inconsistent. Some charge you the straight $ 5 while others add the tax. I like that here it’s a straight $ 5. I think I will be making this my Subway place of choice more often :).

I just wanted a sandwich! Twenty minutes later, I finally had one in my hands. I don’t know why this particular location is *so* slow, and why they insist on trying to start new orders when the previous sandwiches are backed up by 6. Maybe they find amusement in seeing the customers try to cram into one little area to shout out their order to «sandwich artists» who cannot hear.

I would have to agree with some of the other commentators — the service could use a kick in the pants. The last time I visited was at the request of my 4-yo during a torrential downpour around 230pm. Despite the two employees working behind the counter, it took over 10 minutes to get(non-toasted), simple sandwiches made. The employees were pleasant but slower than molasses flowing uphill. That said, this location is convenient to TRU, Staples, and Del Amo mall, and is kid-friendly. A very healthy(if long) alternative to Cocos just up the block.

I hate to bag on a chain, but it seems like I do, but seriously, this subway sucks. After working at Togo’s back in High School for about 2 years, I know a thing or two about sandwich making, and really, this place kinda sucked. While the location is clean, the service really needs some work. I came here for the $ 5 foot long deal, and wanted lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. Well, guess what? They were out of tomatoes at the sandwich counter so the dude rolled his eyes and disappeared for 5mins. It felt like he was doing me a huge favor slicing the tomatoes or something in the bank. Well, cry me a river, if I wanted tomatoes and if that’s an option, I don’t think you did me any favor bud. At the end, whatever, he didn’t say anything to me, and I didn’t really give a flying F***, so I took the sandwich home and it was just OK at best. Seriously, I don’t know what got over me even wanting to get Subway. Probably too much commercial watching on TV for me. Of all the sandwich chains, I’d stick with Quizo’s, it’s a lot better.
