Great experience from start to finish! My first call to them put me in the capable hands of Brad. His customer relation skills are fabulous and he put me immediately at ease by walking me through my event and helping me determine my AV needs. He then passed me onto John who bid my job, communicated with me prior to the event and then came to work the job. John was AMAZING! Professional, helpful, efficient, kind, polite and knowledgable. John also set up a great videographer for me to capture the event on film. He too was amazing. Finally, John brought in Carlos to assist with the set up and takedown. Carlos was so hardworking and diligent. What a great team for my event. They went above and beyond. We will definitely give them a call for all of our AV needs.
