This Starbucks reminds me of what Seattle would be if the people there were friendly and knowledgable. One of the employees(Steffi) helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and she had such a positive attitude! It’s like I stepped into a dream. I never wanted to leave!

When it takes 20 minutes to get an order something is seriously wrong! Normally I stop off at another Starbucks but this one being so close to work is more convenient. So Friday morning I order my strawberry acai refresher, its 7:45. At 8am I am like where is my order? Seriously everyone who came in after me had received their order and left already. Seems this Starbucks really caters to the«regulars» making them a priority over us «walk in» customers. At 8:05 my order is ready. Does it really take that damn long to throw syrup and water together? well I learned my lesson. I will stick to the other Starbucks!

One of my favorite Starbucks to visit. Been coming here a few times a week for over a year and have never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and efficient. Mobile ordering is on point at this location.

Kind of out of the way which is nice because every time I come in there’s not much of a line. Friendly baristas and fast service! Parking is always plenty with a large lot. This is probably one of my favorite locations for sbux. Not entirely sure why but this one never seems too crowded. lol at one point I was on a first name basis with the baristas!

Although this location is convenient, the weekday morning crew isn’t terribly friendly. When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I was standing at the pickup counter for a good 5 minutes before the barista acknowledged my presence. He had finished my mobile order and set it aside, but I didn’t realize it was mine until I asked. This being said, there is a sign that tells you to alert a barista when you have a mobile order. But when they never make eye contact with anyone, I feel like I’m being rude or disturbing their flow. They’ve got enough people in there in the morning… just be intuitive when there are people gathered at the pick up counter and give a shout out, «is anyone here for a mobile order?»

I’ve been to this area many times and pretty often, but was completely blindsided that there is a Starbucks here! This was my first time coming here. I ordered my drinks through the app. Within ordering, I waited a couple of minutes before going inside for my order. As soon as I walked in, my drinks were ready and on the counter. They weren’t diluted or anything. They were perfect! I ordered A Java chip frappé, mocha frappé, and a tall decaf coffee. The frappes were chill and perfectly blended. Not too sweet and had lots of drizzle on top. The decaf coffee was warm and not too hot. The staff here are friendly and work hard to get you your beverage fast!

This is a great location right off the 405 if you want to meet someone at a place that’s easy to get to, find, park, and actually find a place to sit when you get there. Plenty of seating inside and out. Inside was too cold, so outside seating was better. The tables are a little dirty, though. Lots of laptop campers inside. I wish there were a time limit on them, they hog up the best tables for hours at a time. They have Google WiFi, which is really fast and really free; the result, laptop campers paradise. Please laptop campers, quit making Starbucks your home away from home. It’s not like you’re buying a lot of stuff. Your small cup of coffee doesn’t justify you taking up all the good tables all day long. Crowds came in waves, but the staff handled the rushes pretty handily, and they were friendly about it too.

I was in the area on business for a week, and no matter which morning I went, I received slow service and few times they would question my order. I didn’t care for their customer service.

It’s 4pm… Some people want to unwind with a decaf, but they claim they didn’t have it, along with no decaf tea available. Really? Epic fail Starburnts!!!

Few years ago, I reluctantly had to give up drinking coffee due to doctor’s orders. SIGH! Ever since then, going into Starbucks has been very hard for me. The coffee smell drove me insane. It’s been about 5 years and now I can go in without craving coffee TOO much. Few years ago, I discovered how good the iced tea was so now I am back to coming to Starbucks more frequently. I frequent this location mainly because its closest to my work. The reason for the 3 stars is that the place is tiny and it fills up very quickly. So, often times there is no place to sit. Also, it seems to be busy a lot, at all hours. I think they might need to hire more employees. Often times, it takes forever for my drink to come out. Aside from that, this place is a typical Starbucks. One I will continue to frequent even though there is no place to sit and the business. For anyone who wants a cool beverage, they currently have the mango black tea. My other favorites are passion tea and peach green tea. I normally have my drink with lemonade. It’s perfect for a cool drink on a hot day.

Super awesome nice staff. Corner store with good amount of outdoor patio seating, good amount of indoor seatings, includes a long table with outlets. Great place to study and work. I like the layout of this store. Definitely an awesome wifi junkie place. Near walmart. Located in same plaza with Office Depot, next to sushi world and a subway. Lots of parking around.

So I visited this location early this morning on my way to the office for my 5 am start time. Of course being that they open at 4:30 am it was empty. There were only two employees working one putting out the prepackaged foods and the other behind the counter. I wish I would’ve gotten their names as they were both really friendly considering the time of morning it was. I ordered the low fat turkey bacon, cheddar cheese and egg white sandwich. It is one of my favorites and I feel like it’s a healthier option. In addition I ordered a Venti iced green tea latte with soy. For almost every location I visit I always leave with tons of matcha in the bottom of my cup. This time however was different she took the time without me even asking and made a shaken green tea latte. I was really impressed that she took it upon herself to do so. Great customer service provided by this location. Kudos to you for going above and beyond!

One of the smaller Stores. Not your typical study spot, wouldn’t recommend this one to get any studying done. They have complimentary self serve water so u don’t have to bother the workers for it.

This is my regular Saturday/Sunday morning Starbucks. There are 6 Starbucks on my drive from San Pedro to West Torrance, this is number four and the one I choose to stop at for my espresso & madeleine’s. Here’s the Starbucks Checklist: Baristas are quick & friendly. Line is typically short(on weekend mornings). No drive thru. Plenty of parking. Lots of seating inside and outside. Store & patio cleanliness = A Bathroom cleanliness = B– That should be enough for you to decide if you want to go to this Starbucks. See ya next weekend!
