Tenant for over 2 years. Absolutely love this place. Spacious one-​bedroom with LOTS of closet space, wooden floors, nice patio… but most importantly — the wonderful live-​in manager Ildiko. It’s amazing how she made the whole experience so much better. She even goes out of her way to help you — she hooked me up with this cleaning person who did an amazing job of cleaning the entire apartment in 2 hours and charged only $ 15 an hour. Only downside — tenants are mostly families with kids… it’s kind of annoying/​awkward to use the pool in the summer with all the kids jumping around.
