We recently visited this location. Hadn’t been here in years. Food & service was great. I was totally surprised to be honest. Went back again, big mistake. Horrible service. Nobody acknowledged us for the 1st15 minutes. Asked for straws for our drinks. Took about 5 more minutes to get them. When our food was brought to the table, realized they forgot the onions & mushrooms on the steak.(which you do pay extra for) Took the waitress 10 minutes to bring a small plate of mushrooms, forgot the onions. No one ever came back to check on us. Had to walk around the restaurant to find an employee. Finally found a manager, who was at a table eating. He brought us a container, which I asked for. He was not too interested in making a customer feel better. Wish I had never bothered him. Will NEVER go back to this location.

I’m not sure what happened but Sizzler has changed so much over the years… for the worst. It’s extremely overpriced and the food portions are so small! Like wtf. They became really cheap and stingy on their food and because of that, business has gone down the drain. Don’t come here. I used to come here with my dad because he would crave their salad bar. Their salad bar is alright. It’s eatable. Though, the chicken wings are extremely salty af! Beware… I was so overwhelmed by how salty it is. The desert sections is pretty meh. The quality of the salad bar is definitely not the same as it used to be. Prices here are so crazy. For the cheapest thing to get here, you don’t even get that much and you will be left starving. The Malibu chicken is pretty much a piece of frozen/microwaveable chicken from like Costco with some ham and cheese. How original. I remember I would always order a side of fries with my meal. On my most recent trip, I was surprised how little they gave me! So sad. On my prior trips, there would be so much leftover food for my family to bring back home(because we couldn’t finish it all). Now, we barely brought any food home because there was absolutely nothing worth to bring home. Service can be a hit or miss. The cashiers can be bitches. Pls don’t come here. Never again. Bye.

We went in for dinner and we had 2 coupons for a free salad bar with the purchase of an entrée. We ordered an entrée from the«Honored Guests» menu and were told that the free salad bar was not available with the«Honored Guests» menu as it was a discounted meal. As there was no mention of this on the coupon, we felt they should have honored the coupon. The food is mediocre at best. We won’t be going back!

Well here goes. We were out all day, then a little after 4 we got a urgent call so my wife dropped me off at home, by this time its 5ish. I’m hungry and we were planning to go out to eat anyway. So with nothing out I thought for 2 minutes and came up with Sizzler. Now supposedly there under new management. They were most gracious at the order counter, as if they couldn’t do enough for you, ok! So far do good! Then I hear the one fellow say to a patron, yes our steaks now aren’t frozen like the old owners did! Ok, this sounds good as well, but I don’t usually go to sizzler and when I do its generally the salad bar, so little if any impact, yet still good to know. Ok, as for the salad bar, it’s the same salad bar that we’re all used to. Doesn’t mean good or bad just nothing new or exciting! As for the staples they were fine, but the wings, rice & taco meat?, well let’s just say all fairly bland! All in all a 3 out of 5 stars!

I just walked out. Get a decent cashier at lunchtime, typically we are in a hurry and don’t need to blow 20 minutes waiting in line.

I came here one day because I hadn’t had Sizzler in years. It was weeks in the making. Always passing by on my way to Southbay Galleria. Then just as suddenly as I showed up, someone welcomes me at the door telling me they’re closed. So I had an option of taking 20% off my meal at another Sizzler or accepting a free meal on my next visit. So I opted for the free meal. Fast forward 2 weeks later and I walk in. I hand over my coupon after asking for one of their promotional meals. The thing is, I realized that the most expensive item on the menu is no more than $ 20. So that was kind of a waste. I literally thought I was gonna walk in and have a $ 80 meal waived. Regardless, the cashier asked for payment. $ 21 and some change. I had to remind her about that coupon I just handed her like 2 minutes ago. There was a problem and a manger comes in. I have to pay $ 10 because I did a 14 oz add-on Rib Eye. I guess ‘Free Meal’ only means ‘Keep it basic in this basic establishment’ I fork over the money. Sit down. Waitress is nice and friendly. The free bread that I loved as a kid was a huge disappointment. To make matter worse, it seemed like a whole church gathering from Inglewood had taken over half the restaurant so it was the sound level of a backyard BBQ the whole time. Also, what’s up with that payment method? It’s kinda weird that you walk in and pay as soon as you’re in the door. You’re only chance to look at the menu is by standing in line looking at over-sized food items. I don’t remember it being like this. I’m sure they might have had several walk-outs in the past and this helps alleviate the issue, but it’s a little extreme. It’s a marriage of classy and trashy, basically. At last the food arrives. The rib eye looked fatty and bloody. Now, this might sound good depending on who you’re talking too, I love my meat rare, I really do, but this meat looked really unappetizing. No amount of A1 saved this dead animal. And finally, their Malibu chicken that people are in love with? The hell is wrong with you if you love this thing! It’s basically chicken topped with a slice of ham and cheese. I don’t get it. I get it now. You get what you pay for. And this is one of those things where I was a 90’s kid and felt that Sizzler was the end all be all. But maybe since I’m older and wiser, this kind of joint doesn’t cut it for me anymore. And that makes me sad.

This place is usually good and again tonight, they didn’t disappoint! Got a delicious steak and Malibu chicken for only $ 10 plus tax. I prefer the delicious bread rolls on the side, instead of the famous cheese toast that I know people love. Service was quick and on point. Had a great meal tonight.

This was a pretty bad experience where customer service is concerned. I requested to speak to the manager at 4:14 there is no one at our table still… 4:25 the manager just left our table he apologized and offered me a free salad bar while my mom waits on her food but I’m already done eating. The manager seemed more concerned with the fact that he’s never had a complaint about this particular employee than assuring us that the service would get better. I just really dislike bad customer care…

Had dinner here last night. I asked for a medium rare steak, but got well-done. WTH? Customer service needs improvement. Our waitress(tall Hispanic woman in her 20’s or 30’s) was pleasant; however, she did NOT remove any of the plates from our table and always forgot to bring what we asked for. Maybe she’s new at waitressing or just has trouble multi-tasking. Will think twice about returning to this location.

You know, this Sizzler gets * * * * four stars, not necessarily due to comparing their food to other places. I know it’s not Ruth Chris here and the steaks are not necessarily the best cuts of beef. However, you’re also not paying $ 50 for an a la carte steak here either. So, from a monetary/economic standpoint, I feel that this Sizzler offers a good value for the price, thus the higher rating. I’ll say this ‘tho, if you can eat a steak prepared rare or medium rare, almost any cut of beef if cooked properly can be good. It’s once a piece is over cooked, when you notice how tough and dry it can be. So, with the Sizzler, I’d recommend getting your steaks Medium Rare, but not cooked any more than that. You can eat for under $ 10 to maybe up to $ 15 or $ 20 per person for lunch or dinner. It depends if you buy the upsells like the add on salad or a beverage. They have a decent AYCE(aka unlimited all you can eat buffet style) menu with their salad /soup bar which has hot foods like tacos and fried chicken wings. They seasonally have promotions for AYCE things like the Riblets and Shrimp too. The service here can be hit or miss, as with any restaurant. I got a positive hit with Diane, who was very friendly and accommodating. I like this location because parking is easy, the clientele isn’t too sketchy, or at least when I’ve visited it. It seems clean and safe.

Went out for dinner. The night was Friday, Feb 13. We come to this Sizzler from time to time. It was very busy. We placed our order. I ordered the Steak and Shrimp. My wife had the Salad Bar. WHATCOULDGOWRONG??? The salad bar was good. My Steak was warm. You would think they would broil it when the customer ordered it. It seems they just warm up the Steak. The Shrimp too was only warm. When going to a restaurant, you would expect food cooked to order. Why is it that restaurants feel they have to CUTCORNERS? Where’s the customer Service? Hey manager of Sizzler, what’s the deal?

This is one of my favorite local haunts. I always go around lunch time and have never been met with a disaster of a line. Although, if you do going the lunch hour, the parking can be a bit of a drag. I am a total creature of habit and get the all you can eat salad bar. The salad barks fresh and always well stocked. This salad bar includes the standard greenery as well as taco bar, soup bar, chicken and fries and of course the sweets!!! The servers are always extremely pleasant and quick to refill beverages and fresh plates. I highly recommend the cheese toast! warning, partaking in this particular bread can filly you up before you can do any real damage to the all you can eat aspect. Plenty of seating, clean surfaces and a friendly smile are abound! give it a whirl!

What is wrong with you people ! One star ?? Two Stars ?? That is UN-AMERICAN ! I stand for what is right in America… truth, justice, freedom… unlimited salad bar for a good price… the fact that you can pretty much sneak food to your wife on the unlimited salad bar since she loves the clam chowder… I STANDUPFORSIZZLER !! and America. We go there about 4 times a year and it is always damn good, America. I get the 6 ounce steak with the unlimited salad bar for like $ 13 bucks. She gets the Salmon because she likes to swim… or something like that. March with me down to Sizzler and put America back on track !! Oh…not kidding… the service is Top Notch… Nicest people you will meet … very good Human Resources… they hire good people ! At least at this branch… they get 5 stars due to their outstanding people. And add those bacon strips to your salad… holy crap they are good !

The chef special Mushroom Sirloin is not good. The line is up to outside the door and the restaurant just have 1 Cashier taking orders prepare drinks. Question? Where is the manager? Then after I pay I saw the manager eating in one of the dining table talking and laughing w the employees probably taking breaks. He’s looking at the line and he said not much people, I was like. Go to the front and take orders. This kind of manager is

I’m giving them three stars. Like I said in my previous post, I don’t expect much from them… But I do eat there a lot. It’s where I go when I don’t feel like cooking. The reason for 3 stars is that need need to get there steak temperature right. I like medium rare, buts I usually comes out well, medium well.

Haven’t been here in a long time. Just came here to have a quick dinner with my Father. They have the Steak combo on special for $ 10. I ordered the Steak w/Mailbu Chicken combo. Which for the money was not a bad deal. The Cheese Garlic Bread is also pretty good that comes with the dinner. The staff was helpful a t this location. Its in a easy to get to location as well
