KiDZ Resale Boutique

I love this store! To me, the transition from the old Children’s Orchard to the new KiDZ Resale Boutique was pretty seamless, and the staff really care. Carol is a very hands-​on owner and cares about feedback and input, she wants us to be happy customers. The staff are helpful and accommodating and we love the parties that they throw for the kids, also supporting local businesses in the area. Drop off is easy. The quality and selection of items are great. Look forward to our next visit!

Regarding my last review, to make it clear about the prices. I did not mean that the all the clothing are overpriced. All the clothes are the same prices but now they carry higher end brands. Now with the new store name, You will see a lot more higher end brands now (of course it’s a bit more expensive, but still a good deal for that brand) back when it was childrens orchard, I wouldn’t see much of higher end brand.

Great to support your local small business. Owner is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well-​organized. If they don’t have what you are looking for, just ask! Selling items to them is also easy, fast and fair. I’ve enjoyed getting to know the employees over the past 4 years and they always recognize me and are friendly.

I really enjoy coming into this store. I have found many hidden brand item that only requires you minimal effort to look around. They have my favorite brands gymboree, janie and jack and gap. I avoid going to the mall because i find better brands and prices here. Even a great place to buy birthday gifts. The staff is super helpful and kind. Defiantly recommend this place:)

I don’t understand why all the bad reviews! I’ve been shopping and selling here since the grand opening and the customer service I receive here is great! I absolutely do not get the service I get here from any other business!
Selling to KiDZ is so easy ! I drop of my items on walk in days & come back later that day to pick up my cash & anything they didn’t purchase. (yes If you don’t pick up your clothes by the time they close, they do donate them!) The amount I get for my stuff here is fair. They do look for nicer brands like Janie & jack, Gymboree, diesel, dkny they don’t purchase brands like carters. I don’t get back what I paid for them but it’s like everything else you try to resell! When you sell your used car you absolutely don’t get all your money back! It’s called depreciation people. They do a great job researching prices and offering the most they can and still give a great bargain to the customers that shop here !
The girls here are friendly and absolutely care for the their customers !

This place was my go-​to kids store when it was Children’s Orchard. So bummed with this place since they switched over. Their prices are borderline ridiculous and they’ve become so picky with their buying. I came in with a huge bag which took them 2 days to price on a «walk-​in» appointment. I came back in they couldn’t buy anything because I had to have atleast $ 10 in sellable items! They picked like 6 or 7 things but apparently that didn’t add up to $ 10! Looks like I’ll be making the trek to Manhattan Beach Children’s Orchard from now on.
/​/​Update/​/​Wow! I’m quite impressed with how Carol caters to her customers. They have removed the policy with the $ 10 minimum and I have to say I will be definitely popping in again and hopefully they’ll still remain my tried and true children’s consignment store!

Maybe it’ll get better, but the prices seemed higher than CO.

This used to be «children’s orchard»…now, it is no longer part of a franchise, but independent. Sad to say but I will no longer be coming here to purchase anything. I noticed how bad the quality of clothing is now and how much the prices have gone up!

Had a fun time at the grand opening of the shop! The staff are super nice and so helpful. I bought a four shirts for my boys that looked brand new and walked out spending less then $ 15!!! Super clean store can’t wait to go back!
