After calling to place an order the other day and being met with a put of young lady who seemed anything but happy to take the order or answer questions about available stock. pros… well it seems that the new year has rejuvenated the Unilocaling spirit in me. i am hell bent on getting all the companies that help me do my job as an acupuncturist. so here is yet another company which allows me to do my job, and it is kenshin trading company.
i just love them as they import a lot of new products directly from japan. i love their brand of acupuncture needles, which is what i use on my friends and family when not in clinic. i also use their moxa products, because i know they are top notch. for those of you that don’t know, moxa is an herb which is burned to produce heat, this heat has a similar effect as using a heat lamp, or far-​infra red light wave. this type of heat penetrates the skin more deeply, bringing therapeutic effects.
love their excellent customer service. they are one of the few companies which i know will give me a call to tell me of the new stuff that i’m interested in. so a big shout out to gabby one of the coolest customer reps there.
cons… just another company which i wish was located here in san diego. so i can pick stuff up directly and save on some shipping. and gives me an excuse to go on a field trip, and escape the office.
