Delicious food, great service, fun ambiance. I had the sun dried tomato aoli chicken sandwich which was very tasty. The service was fast and friendly. Nice outdoor seating with the option of sun or shade. I’ll definitely be back.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! The food, the service, the ambience is all on-​point. Fresh ingredients, flavorful, easy parking, good prices & awesome customer service… what more could you ask for? Love that they open early and close late, too, so I can stop by before work for coffee or after for a bite to eat. So happy to see that it was doing so well today at lunch, too. I’ll definitely be a regular here.

The entire experience was great!
I ordered to go and yet got some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Staff was incredibly friendly, polite; atmosphere was great, food was prepared very quickly and tasted delicious. I’m so glad I found this place. Lavender lemonade was great, maybe a little too sweet but just let the ice melt a bit and its perfect.

Been here twice. Tried the veggie wrap and tuna wrap and both were delicious. Presentation is great and ambience is beautiful and relaxing. Great customer service from very friendly staff who remember your name and make you feel welcomed every time you visit.

Such a cute café and the owner Harry is the coolest guy you’ll ever meet! Try the lavender lemonade and hummus! And of course everything else here is delicious!

Absolutely loved the fast and friendly service. The veggie wrap, hummus, roasted eggplant, and ginger peach tea was delicious and refreshing.

Nothing bad to say about this place they are fantastic! The food was great! I had the mortadella Sandwich with sundried tomatoes. It was hot and tasty. The cherry blossom tea is really good too. The ginger tea was a bit too sweet but its good.
Dont even get me started on the AMAZING. Service. I brought my puppy and the first thing our waitress did was offer him water as well. :). Very nice people who obviously care about their small business! I will return!!! There was a very nice gentlemen too. He took over the 2ed half and he was very attentive!

I love this little café! The food is fresh and delicious and the service is great. They have yummy pizza, great salads, and refreshing drinks. What more could you want? The Greek salad and the vegetarian pizza are my favorites. Yummy! Did i mention thay Everything is fresh? They even make thier own sandwich spreads and salad dressings. Their prices are very reasonable with nothing costing over $ 10 on the menu.
The manager is extremely friendly and accommodating which makes for a very positive environment. He gets two thumbs up for always checking in to make sure that everything is good.
They have nice tables to sit at inside or you can eat outside on thier cute patio if you’d like to soak up some sun. Definitely a place worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

Pizza and sandwiches are great!
Pizza is no Neapolitan style, but it’s more of a medium thick super light and fluffy dough which was just perfect! Good amounts of garlic in there as well which made for a good pie.

Have been here twice now. Excellent service and the food is original, fresh and tasty. The owner (who’s name I unfortunately don’t remember) is so nice. Always making sure your food is good and thanking you profusely for dining at his establishment. The service alone is worth the visit. We had the wrap sandwiches again — very good. Love the sides — the baba ghannouj is wonderful and I’m addicted to their house potato salad so I brought some home with me this time. Tried the lavender lemonade… OMG! Very sweet (which I love) so it’s probably good that I don’t live close to this place or I’d be in trouble! If you have the time/​interest — have a coffee drink while you’re there. The cappuccino is sooo good.
One of the reviewers mentioned that they really want places like this to do well. I wholeheartedly agree. It’s so tough having a business in this state with all of the many expenses and I appreciate small businesses like this for trying. I hope this place will do well as they deserve to.

Came in here for a family coffee date and the owner/​mgr (I’m guessing owner) was so kind and treated my oldest son to a chocolate milk refill on the house! I had an iced coffee and chocolate mousse cake, delish!
Ambiance was rustic and classy with a very nice laid back feel to it! Café was nice and clean and had a very nice selection of snacks like chips etc which was nice for my kiddies! Really enjoyed our visit here and loved the service!

I went in today after seeing the reviews on Unilocal.,I was going for coffee but the lavender lemonade caught my attention, and it was indeed delicious and refreshing, I ordered a Santa Fe sandwich and it was delicious, I need to go back to try the coffees as well. And the service is over the top, they make you feel very welcome, it’s clean and nice

My coworker and I were looking for a place to eat for lunch near our office. We wanted something fresh but quick and after Unilocaling around, we found Kech.
The people working here are super friendly and personable. A BIG plus in my books.
First, we ordered the Lavender Lemonade and our thoughts were exactly this.

Yes. It was refreshing, sweet, lemony, and nothing like you’ve ever had before. Oh, and the best part is that it’s made with real lavender… not with any of those nasty syrups. God, I wished these were bottomless.
We then ordered a wrap and got the two sides along with it. I don’t know if it was because there were no other customers but the food came out extremely fast! BUT, you can tell how fresh all the food was.
Honestly, the ONLY downside (which docked off a star) was the price. I paid about $ 16 for a wrap, two sides, and a drink but if you’re looking for something super fresh, quick, and delicious, Kech Café is the place to go!
Btw, I loved the outdoor patio seating!

This place is awesome! The food is so fresh! The prices are great too! I had a sandwhich on fresh bread with Aoili, Sundried Tomatos Chicken… It was great! I chose the Babaganoush and the American Potato Salad as my two sides… They were both excellent! The Green Tea Matcha and the Red Velvet Cheesecake I had for dessert were absolutely delish! If I could give this 10 stars, I would!

I don’t write reviews but I do love my smoothies… Maybe more than drinking! That says a lot. When I came upon this on Unilocal I saw a smoothie that had both matcha green tea with acai. I was skeptical at first but I just had too. Since this is a new spot that just opened I didn’t have a chance to ask around to see if it is good.
Upon arriving I was greeted by Gary and told him what I came there for. Being a self proclaimed smoothie connoisseur my first impression of the Matcha green tea + Acai (with almond milk) was love at first sip. I was going to take it to go and do my homework somewhere else but I ended up staying there. Free wifi. And I would normally kill a smoothie in less than 15min if I really enjoyed it but instead I drank half in 20min and asked Gary if He can put it in the fridge for later on.
If you ask me how it tastes. It’s damn good. I ain’t gonna go into details about how sweet/​healthy blah blah blah etc. It’s damn good to me and I call it how I see it.
I got a 7′ Hawaiian pizza and it was good too. But damn… That smoothie got a hold of me.
Ohhh yeah they open at 7am perfect for my 8am classes. They definitely got a regular.

Five stars is not enough for this place. I never imagined healthy could taste this good and be affordable!!! Then you get the service. I was treated like family… Totally unexpected!
I had the pesto chicken sandwich, with a side of kidney bean mushroom salad, and roasted eggplant. It was better than I wanted it to be. The ciabatta bread was unbelievably soft and fresh, and you couldn’t ask for a better blend of flavors. Surprisingly, putting some of the roasted eggplant made the sandwich makes it better. It was an accident find, but an amazing one!
The staff and owner are GENUINELY FRIENDLY! They actually care about what you think and whether you you like the food or not. They took the time to help me and my wife find something we would enjoy, and were very attentive. Harry, the owner took time to personally attend and greet the customers.
Make sure to wash down you amazing meal with some fresh made specialty lemonade. I had the Cherry blossom green tea lemonade (Delicious). They also have a ginger and lavender lemonade. Mmmmmm.
The best part… It’s fresh and healthy, but you’d never know it.

Chicken salad sandwich is amazing! It’s not your typical recipe, maybe it had a Med flair? But it was delish — with pesto and the best ciabatta bread. We also downed large amounts of fresh ginger lemonade while sitting outside on the patio for 3 hours working. The wifi is incredibly fast and the customer service is great.
We will be back for sure.

Been eating at Kech Café for years. Harry is an amazing man and I’m so glad at all the success he is having and deserves it! Not only the best customer service and friendly place but great healthy food at very affordable price. Wow and now we can sit down and enjoy the wonderful new place in its ambient setting! I would go here just to have my day brightened up by Harry and his smile and a glass of lemonade. Now if you want a healthy tasty sandwich or wrap, this is the place to go both meat and vegetarian. Has been O.C.s best café and sandwich place for a few years and now a even bigger place for sit down dining. Good Job Kech the place is fabulous. Now Kech Café is the best place to eat healthy affordable great tasting food in Los Angeles. I will be here lots and keep up being SoCal’s best place fro wraps and Sandwiches. You rock! We are located up stairs, and eat here at least 3 times a week. The food is fresh, very flavorful, and the staff is soo friendly! Hands down, this place is great!

For one, the ambiance is on point! Definitely coming back. If any of my friends read this, so stop by! The owner is down to earth and welcoming and the food speaks for itself. I had the garlic pesto chicken wrap and it was the perfect amount of food! The lavender lemonade was perfect for the meal! Definitely order it when you stop by! They have coffee too if you need it (I know I do)

I started enjoying Kech at the fountain valley location and for me to see that it’s growing to another location makes me very happy. To me, the motto of this place is great food from great people. The food is clean, healthy, and delicious while the staff, including the owner Harry is as friendly as it gets. Kech never gets old and it will always be one of my favorite spots!

This place is fast, friendly, amazingly delicious and the owner is very welcoming. Make sure to taste all of the unique signature sandwiches, coffees, lemonades, and the free wifi. This restaurant is located in the beautiful old Torrance area. There’s tons of shops. This place hits the spot every time

I live in the neighborhood and noticed Kech Café had opened a few days ago so I decided to check it out after seeing the positive reviews from their OC location. The owner greeted me when I walked in and was super friendly and pleasant to talk to. He explained the menu to me and highlighted some of the most popular dishes.
I ended up ordering the chicken pesto sandwich, with a side of hummus and Kech potato salad, along with a lavender lemonade. My food was ready in minutes. Everything tasted very fresh and delicious. I am definitely looking forward to coming back and trying some of the other options available.
The lack of street visibility might make this place a bit tricky to find if you’re not familiar with the area. Definitely worth it and looking forward to recommending it to friends! I hope to see Kech as a neighborhood staple for years to come!

Recently opened in Old Torrance in the location of the former Antigua Café, this new restaurant bills itself as a «healthier alternative in casual dining.» I am pleased to report that it lives up to it!
My friend and I went here for lunch and were pleased with the quick, efficient service. The staff were patient with our questions and our food arrived within minutes.
I ordered the veggie lavash wrap with the Kech potato salad and baba ghanouj, My companion ordered the chicken pesto sandwich with fresh fruit and the baba ghaouj. We marveled at the freshness of all the ingredients and the portions were just right (as evidenced by our clean plates!). The cliché goes that «it’s all in the details.» And one of the best indicators I have found is looking at the garnish. The baba ghanouj comes with carrot sticks which in many places are an afterthought. But here, the carrots are sweet and delicious.
I recommend the fresh made lavender lemonade to complete your meal.
This location has seen many cafes come and go. A few years ago, a deli/​wine bar place even made an attempt. I truly hope that Kech can overcome the history and keep its doors open for many years to come. I am looking forward to trying out their breakfast offerings and get dinner delivery when I am stuck at work late.
