I ordered my fiancé’s wedding ring from Joy Jewelers’ website. The morning after I placed the order I got a call from them because the ring was out of stock. The employee was very helpful and discussed my options. The only complaint I could make is that the tracking on the package wasn’t correct or updated so I wasn’t sure when the ring was going to come. But I would still buy from them again!

Poor customer service, only a few employees so customers have no way to elevate a problem to a true supervisor. There is no form of legitimate management. Joy Jewelers is simply a middle man between a factory and the customer so if you experience problems with a ring, they are quick to tell you that they don’t make the ring and have nothing to do with returns or repairs and refer you to the factory that made the ring. Do yourself a favor and STAYAWAY! Go directly to the factory( ) and you will get a better deal and far better customer service! I returned a ring to this company and was instructed to include a pre-paid return shipment envelope only to find out that they sent my ring to the actual company who made my ring and I had to pay for shipping from this factory to my home. The pre-paid shipping that they instructed me to provide was a waste of money and they clearly knew that a returned ring would have to go this factory to be seen yet they were more than willing to mislead me and allow me to waste even more money with this company. I found the two employees of this company to be unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. I would never recommend this company to anyone, whether it’s a class ring, military ring or otherwise. There are far too many other online jewelers to go to so do yourself a favor now and don’t deal with Joy Jewelers later! I couldn’t imagine why anyone who reads this review would possibly consider doing business with Joy Jewelers, you will be dissappointed.
