Came in here about two weeks ago because my current pair of glasses were falling apart. The eye doctor was really nice. He is usually pretty busy so I had to reschedule once, but that was no big deal. I really needed an appointment. Afterwards I was helped to find a new pair. The guy who helped me out was cool and he did all he could to give me the best price possible. I’m the kind of guy who doesn’t mind dropping some money on good frames and lenses because I know they are a valuable investment, but thought it was awesome he worked me out a deal. In the end the people here are awesome and I get to pick up my new frames today. They were also cool enough to fix my old glasses. The sides were warped and they were a discontinued style. They had an exact pair laying around in the drawer that they couldn’t sell anymore and swapped out the sides for free. That’s above what they had to do and I really appreciated it. If you’re in need of glasses and awesome service this is the place to go.

My granddaughter and i went into the optical dept. looking for frames. we were helped right away with great, detailed customer service.. We needed the glass to fit the frame. Just two weeks earlier we had the new glasses they broke and she needed to see. We came here we where visiting area. after lens crafters tried to rip us off, turned away because of the cost, we came here. Lizbette made our visit enjoyable, pleasent, and just all around GREAT! thanks Lizbette! under $ 100.00 we had a great vacation.

I went to jc penny’s optical today and the sales guy had a very bad attitude. I walked in at 11:10am and was told I would be seen at 12:00pm. No big deal. So I come back at noon and I’m told 12:30pm. So I decided to go to sears optical where I didn’t have to wait and nobody had a bad attitude. I might have paid more at sears but I had a much better experience

Went to JC Penney Optical today in repsonse to the ad in this week’s Sunday paper advertising 2 pair for $ 99. I was definitley intrigued because I had been to Lenscrafters the prior week and glasses started at $ 169 — and once I started adding frames, anti-glare coatings etc until the price was close to $ 300. I walked in a skeptic, and left a believer. Upon walking into the Optical shop(upstairs hidden in the corner) I was greeted and shown the rack of glasses that were eligible for the promotion. Imagine my surprise when the glasses were pretty nice! I picked out 2 that were definitely doable. Note that I already had my eyes examined by an opthamologist, so I had my prescription ready and did not have them do my eye checks. Then the salesperson informs me that I should also look at the prescription sunglasses because I could use that promotion too for free lenses. Sweet! So when I left, I had purchased 2 pairs of prescpription glasses(one with the upgraded ligher lenses) and a pair of prescription sunglasses for $ 260. This was less than the single pair would have cost at LensCrafters and they were just as nice. Now I’ll just wait my 2 weeks, cross my fingers, and be a stylish 4-eyes with 3 new pairs of glasses.
