I know reviews are more of personal contact than anything else and I’m putting down my experience with this establishment.
I have been with this storage facility for about three years and have been more than satisfied with the service provided… the place is clean and to my experience, secure. The staff has always been friendly from day one and so far have no complaints. from Monique to their latest addition to the family, Sara, I can say that you will come out of your experience with this establishment satisfied.

Monique was a true professional. She made us laugh and made the process a very smooth transaction. We felt welcome and appreciated as paying consumers which is always appreciated. I can confidently recommend this business and will gladly continue to go to them for my storage needs. If and when you go, talk to Monique. She is the best and up most cordial professional.

First of all, this place is quite spacious, and IMMACULATE. Seriously, we went to some other storage facilities that were absolutely disgusting. Also, pretty much every other facility we looked into had much smaller hallways. When the manager gave us a tour, I believe she said there are over 600 units of various sizes — they also have the space to accommodate the storage of large vehicle. Speaking of the manager, Amy was great! She gave us a complete tour of the facility, showed us the various sizes of units, explained hours of operation and hours that customers can access their units, answered all our questions. When we’re ready to rent a unit, this is definitely the facility we’re going with.

How anyone can rate this business with more than 1 star eludes me. They raise rates and fire the maintenance man so trash builds up on top of your storage. You have illegals working on tractor trailers, but don’t do it yourself they will fine you. What a pit… stay away at all costs, you can find cleaner cheaper storage locations, and where ever you go management will be much more responsive. You can find vacant storage here all the time, direct effect of management abuse of tenants.

5 Stars is all we can rate you but the service is much more like ********** 10 Stars. The service was great, they were able to find a available storage unit for us right away; but the only thing I wasn’t happy, was there was no natural lighting in that particular area, we needed to use a flashlight or wait until the overhead lights came on in the building. So we ask to change to another storage unit and they were able to accommodate us right away again where there was natural lighting beaming thru.“We are happy customers”, matter of fact we are also previous customers. We were happy then as well, that’s why we came back. Good Job Abalone Ave. Storage Crew.

This facility states that they have 24 hour surveilance, but they neglect to mention that it is NOT in all areas. Our 5th wheel has been broken into twice! They don’t care, all they want is their monthly rent, which they raise yearly with no improvements made to the facility. Don’t store anything you care about here!
